  • The Apartment is located in one of the most important zones of HK, just a few meters from a metro

    "The Apartment is located in one of the most important zones of HK, just a few meters from a metro station and a big big mall, and close to bus and Tram stations. The apartment is clean, the space is good used, (i have been in other HK apts, and this one looks big). Jason was in contact with us, and help us to take a late check in, and it was super simple, the appartment has elevator and security."

  • Best Value, TST Location, with more than enough space, comfort and plenty of surrounding facilities

    "Just book it! Prompt communication from booking through to checkout. With Steve and the local host. Checkin process was easy even when we were running early the host was able to meet us. Multiple sets of Keys provided; building access is quite simple. With a guard during daylight hours. Lift or stairs can be used to access apartment. Best location in TST. Just off Nathan Rd; close to Holiday Inn Golden Mile. Supermarket (Welcome) and 7/11 directly across road; as well as several MTR exits in the surrounding streets (one is next to Supermarket). Local Bars and Restaurants in side street. McDonalds and Starbucks are just around corner. N1 Coffee house also across the road, and a French patisserie. Whilst apartment had a washing machine we used local laundry service,The Happy Laundry, $50-75HK a bag (4hr Service). Apartment was a great size (travel group of 5 adults and 3 kids) 1 room has ensuite bathroom. 2 rooms have wardrobes and little space to move around. other room could only just fit the bed. We did not use the 5th room. Kitchen was well stocked; we had breakfast in every day; could have easily used kitchen to cook meals however we ate out for Lunch and Dinner to maximise our time in the city. Plenty of space in the open dining/lounge/entry area. Couch was also comfortable to sleep on if required. TV was easy to use with many channels to keep kids occupied. Local host provided image of location to share with Taxi driver from airport, which we did. You can also use the Airport Express train; take taxi to/from Kowloon Express approx. $30HK. Easy walking distance to Star Ferry; approx. 1hr to Disneyland using MTR, plenty of fashion shopping on Nathan Road and surrounding streets; and outlet centre (Esprit) on opposite side of Kowloon park. Kowloon park has a large playground (if kids need to burn off some steam) and wildlife, including flamingoes. There is some late night noise (people leaving pubs etc) and early morning noise (street bins being collected). But nothing out of the ordinary for a city location. On the positive compared to other apartments we have used in Hong Kong, the apartment was dark at night with minimal light penetrating from neighbouring building signs etc. Internet was easily accessed and FAST! With multiple devices Linen and bedding was clean and soft Quite simply the best apartment we have accessed in Hong Kong, very glad we found this and we look forward to returning."
