"A huge thanks to Benjamin, Dolla and Wayan for a wonderful stay. The villa is beautiful, serene, private and we always felt safe and secure. Our hosts' communication was excellent. We had a thorough email explaining exactly what to do once we arrived at Bali airport, which was so helpful because it's such a hectic place. Our hosts were extremely accommodating. Benjamin and Dolla made sure we had groceries on arrival (which helped a lot given we arrived at midnight). And Wayan, our housekeeper, made sure the villa was always clean and tidy, aesthetic, and she cooked us beautiful breakfasts. Dolla was very helpful throughout our stay, organising drivers and massages on request. We couldn't be happier with our stay. Thanks again."

  • Sensational luxury and quality service

"This luxury villa is all about enjoying the finer things in life- we cannot rate it highly enough. From the entrance, the view of the infinity pool overlooking the stunning valley never seems to get tired. The textures of the natural stone flooring and variety of wood surfaces, the Javanese teak panels, door-frames, borneo hardwoods set around the bathtub overlooking the valley are all simply stunning- so much attention to detail has gone into creating this unique place. The full-sized tennis court cut into the cliff face is a sight to behold- like something out of a 19th Century novel! The main building is spacious, homely and well-appointed with a billiards table, full size dining table, and plenty of nooks to sit and enjoy the view – it would be perfect for big groups. We stayed in the two-bedroom villa which is incredibly spacious and exceptionally well-appointed. We travelled with our two small children who made the most of the beautiful natural stone pool and enjoyed climbing the trees, collecting frangipani flowers, and followed the staff around as they set out the daily Hindu offerings. The games room on a rainy morning was also fantastic. Gede, Rika and all of the staff are some of the most cheerful staff I have ever come across- they are obviously very happy to work here and the quality of your stay is of utmost importance. They are incredibly attentive and friendly. Nopa, the driver is patient and skilled – and doesn’t mind joining in the fun singing Indonesian kids songs on the way back from the beach! Villa Dukuh is really the best of both worlds- secluded in a Balinese village and also just a short drive away from a cappuccino in Canggu – it was wonderful to be far from the overcrowded Seminyak area. The food was delicious and service was exceptional- there is actually no need to eat out, or in fact every leave! The staff are to be congratulated on offering such a welcoming and quality experience. We can’t wait to bring back our friends and family to one of the most breathtakingly beautiful and serene places we have ever visited!"

  • We had an amazing time at the villa, it is more beautiful than the pictures, clean and very quiet.

"We had an amazing time at the villa, it is more beautiful than the pictures, clean and very quiet. The staff are exceptional, very professional and kind ( we miss them all dearly) . We had such a wonderful stay that we booked a further week and were sad to leave at the end of our 3 1/2 weeks. Very child friendly :) If you are looking for a slice of paradise then this is your place."
