"We stayed here for a few nights from January 17th to January 20th, and it was just perfect for the four of us. Langsuan street has a lot to offer, Lumpini Park being so close by was wonderful (make sure to check it out! Monitor Lizards everywhere and it is truly an oasis in the middle of the city!), and it's within easy walking distance of the Sky Train (Chit Lom Station) and all that Soi Sukhumvit has to offer. Before traveling, we had a few questions about the arrival procedure, and Kriang was very responsive and helpful. The taxi drivers did have a hard time finding the location, as it is not a well-known hotel, and it was only because I'd looked at the pictures of the outside that I was able to find it. The other two people traveling with us, but arriving slightly later, had to call Kriang and have him speak with the taxi driver to explain it, so thankfully we had his cell number. Once there, the front desk gives you a postcard with directions in Thai that you can give to any taxi or tuk tuk driver, which really helps. As for the apartment itself - I was very surprised to see that this property is actually in a hotel, complete with a menu for room service! I'm not sure how that works, but it was great having the reception desk to help us with taxis, information, etc. We did have a bad leak under the kitchen sink when we first arrived and they were able to clean it up the first morning that we were out (Kriang also helped facilitate that). The suite has plenty of space - two large rooms each with an en suite bathroom, plus another "common" half bathroom right off the kitchen (although the advertisement says it only has 2 bathrooms), tons of wood, and tons of light. It smelled quite musty when we first arrived, but that quickly went away with using the air conditioners and just living in it, and everything was clean and towels and toilet paper were replaced daily. I LOVED the lemongrass body wash and lotion that was provided - smelled wonderful! The equipment in the kitchen was very basic, so don't plan on cooking any elaborate meals there, but there are plates and basic utensils, a water kettle, and full-size fridge, and the coffee and tea that is included was nice. The pool is beautiful, in a very quiet courtyard, and we enjoyed taking early morning dips or after long hot days walking around the city. I didn't even realize that there was a pool, so that was a pleasant surprise! The only real downside was that the space was advertised as having..."
