Belize beach rentals

We had such a relaxing stay. Sunrises in the morning from the porch are stunning. Candy and Rick were both so helpful and nice. Candy even arranged for the Tropic Air fight to wait for us since our flight was several hours late. They go on and beyond in helpfulness. Thank you so much for everything.

What can I say. Third year in a row and this place never disappoints! Thanks again for a beautiful stay!!

This was the perfect condo for a couple - it had a very comfortable king bed, a bath and half, great water pressure, two killer A/C units, convenient parking, two nice swimming pools, and the best hosts you could ask for. Brittany and Mike were on top of everything. The stocked our fridge with our beverages of choice. They arranged not only our golf cart rental and Tropic Air flights, but also our excursions.They made everything so easy and even transported our luggage to the airport for us. We couldn't have asked for more!

From the time we booked, they were our personal concierge service. Finding out what we like, helping us book adventures, giving us suggestions all the way through. The property is exactly what you see in the pictures and even more. When we were there, they checked in to make sure we had everything. Us with things. I’ll be going back..

I've stayed at many rental properties and my experience at the Landings is head and shoulder above everything else. Here are my reasons: - Brittany and Mike are amazing. Before my trip, Brittany quickly answered any question regarding the Landings and my traveling. - I didn't know that Brittany could book transfer flight. If I have to do it again, I would let Brittany handle it. - We went through custom quickly so the local airlines moved us to an earlier flight. To our surprise, the local airlines also contacted Brittany right away as we boarded our flight. When we landed, Brittany and Mike were already there to pick us up. It was a seamless process. - The condo was very clean upon checking in. We were given a local cell phone so we can make local call while were on Ambergris Caye and that was another perk. That cell phone turned out to be extremely handy as we used to contact with our dive shop daily to make sure our dive was not cancelled due to weather. - Our dive shop picked us up everyday at the Landings dock. Very convenient. - Location of the Landings is great. Close enough to town to try different restaurants and shop. Far enough to have quiet rest/relaxing moment. - I misunderstood and didn't make taxi arrangement to airport for our departure. Brittany and Mike gracious took our luggage to the airport since we can't fit everything on our golf cart. If we come back to Ambergris Caye, we'll definitely stay at the Landings. For the tldr crowd: 1000% as advertised. Will stay here again. Hard stop. For those that want a couple more words: Brittany and Mike were amazing before, during, and even during departure. They made our in-country flight arrangements, same with golf car, and excursions. No fuss. Everything was spot on, every time. We were met at the airport, personally introduced to the golf cart person who was there with them for us to take possession of the cart and get its how-to. Mike took our bags to the condo and Brittany took us on a mini-tour through town on our way to the condo, just North of the bridge. During our stay, we decided we wanted to take a tour so we texted Brittany. A mere 20 minutes later our confirmation landed in the inbox and we were good to go. So easy! The condo is precisely as picture on the site. Everything worked and was in good repair. Zero complaints. When we go back, I won't bother looking for alternatives. There's simply no need for us to consider other options. The grounds were also well maintained. It was again, as pictured on the site here. As for location, golf cart strongly suggested. There's not too much within what I'd consider a casual, vacation, amble. Now, if one just wanted to chill at the condo pool, that’s definitely an option. And not a bad one at that. At departure time, someone was there to take our bags for us right at the appointed time. Exceptional service right to the final goodbye. I’ve hit my character limit. The end.

We had a wonderful time in San Pedro and this condo was an amazing home base. The condo was well equipped and very clean. We loved the beautiful patio! The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. And, what a beautiful view! The pool and grounds were beautiful and well kept. Brittany was fabulous. Her communication was extremely good and answered all of our questions. She helped with everything we needed. We haven't traveled internationally and she walked us through everything we needed to know. She scheduled our Tropic Air flight and all of our tours. She and Mike picked us up at the local airport and helped us rent our golf cart and took us on a quick tour of San Pedro town and back to the condo. Mike also helped with our luggage. We really could not have asked for anything better. Brittany and Mike were wonderful and made the whole trip in San Pedro great! We will definitely be back!

The property is very nice and our unit was clean and had plenty of space for the two of us. It’s located close to the main part of the city, but just far enough so it doesn’t feel quite as busy. Our trip was really made by the property managers. We’ve never been to San Pedro or Belize for that matter. Before getting there they set us up with flights to and from Belize City, and set up our golf cart rental. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off for the trip home. We had one small issue that they took care of immediately. I would suggest staying at this property because of them alone.
