Parrot Cay beach rentals

We were at Dave’s house in North Caicos two weeks ago and had an amazing time! There were eight of us, four adults and four kids under 8. The house was perfect for our group, with extra bedrooms to spare. After being in Provo for three nights, North Caicos was exactly what we were looking for, and we couldn’t have been happier with Dave’s property. We enjoyed the fire pit a couple of nights, and the pool and beach were absolutely perfect. The water was so calm and the beach is safe and extremely private. You should not hesitate booking this property. We plan to go back as soon as possible.

This place is paradise. Everything I imagined and more. Location, beach, and management all 5 stars.

Third time to North Caicos. This was a mid-July visit. The house was nice and clean. Everything worked as advertised. Master king bed bedroom has 180 degree sliding doors that face the ocean and a private soak tub/shower. So nice to wake up looking at the ocean. The other bedroom is a queen bed with a set of bunkbeds and use the house shower/bathroom. AC in both bedrooms and a main house unit too. We never turned the main house AC on but used the room ones every night at 72 and set them to 82 degrees during the day to knock off the humidity so if a cool spot was needed we had one (did not need). (you pay extra for ac electric use. 7 days cost us $104) Ocean air blows through the main house with all the windows open so it stayed pretty cool in the main house even in the heat of the day. Plenty of cook and serving ware. Blender. Drip type Coffee maker. Large water purifier was awesome. Water tasted clean and perfect (I'm a water snob) gas grill. Kayaks. Water Floats. Pool was perfect. Of course, the beach and ocean are some of the best we have seen. One of the only places where you can walk the beach and swim and rarely see other people. We counted seeing 7 other people over the period of 7 days on this beach. Some were the same people. VERY serene introspection-type place. If you want night life, go somewhere else. This place is not for you. We thoroughly enjoyed this place. Rent a car from Al’s to see Mudjin Harbor, Bambarra Beach, Three Mary Cay. Caves. Completely safe.

Let me just say, THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The Staff. Jen and Bee. The two angels of Swaying Palms. They were there for us no matter what we needed, no matter what time of day, and was fully accommodating for anything we asked. Bee is literally a jack of all trades and Jen had full contact with us from start to finish. The location. We were literally close to everything! Downtown, the airport, Sapodilla Bay Beach, restaurants, clubs, excursions and more! There were literally activities right outside our room such as jet skiing and kite boarding, and we had a clear view of the abandoned ship attraction right from our bungalow! We rented a jeep and had parking right outside our bungalow. The location of this place is simply perfect. Everything was a 10-15 min drive away. The bungalow. We were literally on Long Bay Beach with your own private beach access; what more can you ask for?! And footsteps from the water with your own 2 person kayak which we used a lot. You have a pool, a little cabana area, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and the outdoor shower was an amazing touch. Now I will say, there was a bad storm on our last day which knocked out the power but best believe Jen and Bee were right on it along with the maintenance team and we were up and running in no time. I can say a lot more, the pictures do not do this place justice. Just see for yourself when you book and go! We will definitely be staying here again no questions asked.

This house was just perfect! We knew it was going to be secluded, but had no idea that it would be seclusion in paradise. We took plenty of day trips exploring the island but we all agreed that our favorite days were spent in the "backyard" which was a beautiful, natural rock beach. We set up chairs and read outside, swam and collected shells. My husband had the best time snorkeling right there! A few steps away was a proper sandy beach area. The house was immaculate. Beautiful, clean and so comfortable. While we love to explore new places over spring break, we all unanimously decided that we want to return to Emerald Estate very soon!

The property is exactly as described in the photos and description. While the living room could benefit from more plush seating, overall everything was clean and comfortable and exactly as expected. The rooms are all roomy, and the private pool, while not huge, was perfect for a clean freshwater dip while lounging on the huge outdoor patio. The views of the ocean from the home are a delight and while there is no "epic" clean beach directly in front of the unit, and short hike takes you to horsestable beach which is gorgeous clean sandy beach without seaweed. Wonderful place, and the host was absolutely terrific. Just be aware that North Caicos is fairly remote with not much going on and limited excursions. If you are up for that, then you will enjoy yourself at this beautiful private villa, as we did.

Keith and Adriana have designed an incredible oasis for relaxation , peace and seclusion. The house is immaculate , generous in space and inviting. Keith and his cohort of island contacts Uncle Sam and Ricola , could not have been any nicer or more helpful. The location of the house is very private including the lovely beach . We enjoyed hanging at the beach and swimming in the ocean just in front of the house especially during the sunset hours. The sound of the ocean waves bellowing into the house is amazing. North Caicos is a nature paradise. We snorkeled at the three Mary’s and took a day trip to Middle Caicos and visited the caves and Mudjin grill, beach and the cliff walks at dragon cay resort. We also enjoyed a dinner at Miss B’s and many a fine meal at the house. Thank you to Keith and Adriana for sharing their beautiful new home ! We know it will be a sought after respite for many to come .-

When we first arrived, we were met by Terry and Jen. Both are hospitable as they helped us with our luggage and groceries. They escorted us to our Beach Bungalow. I was overwhelmed by the beauty, privacy, and view of our Beach Bungalow. They have done an excellent job in the design of the Beach Bungalow. We had our own BBQ, pool, and private beach area, it was amazing! Jen checked in with us daily and immediately helped us with any request. She was awesome! If you want privacy, peace, and God's amazing beauty, you will not be disappointed.
