We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach property—spotless, well-equipped, tastefully decorated, and just steps from the ocean. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, and Dave and Nicki went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their excellent communication and warm hospitality made the experience truly special. One of our favorite vacations—can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful property located on beachfront lot about 150 feet from the beach. Nicely appointed with all necessary amenities. Owners were available throughout stay to insure we were comfortable. All in all a good vacation.

The place was great. Quiet and had everything I needed for some alone time. Just a short walk from the beach. Centrally located for my needs with groceries and restaurants close by. I would easily stay here again.

Beautiful property. Walking distance to Tunnels. Ability to wake up to sunrise over the ocean is a gift. You will sleep with sound of the ocean. Shampoo and conditioner not provided but all else is. Well stocked and beautiful kitchen.

We had a fantastic visit! The condo description and pictures on VRBO were exactly what we found when we arrived. The sunrise and sunset views were amazing, the location was perfect, and the condo was perfectly equipped. Gary - thank you for helping us have the most fantastic vacation! This place had everything we needed for an amazing week in Kauai! The kitchen was stocked with everything someone would need to make homemade meals and the Lanai was beautiful to sip morning coffee. Would absolutely stay again!

I spent hours researching where to stay. Look no further because the only negative is having to leave. The north coast is so much less crowded and touristy and yet so indescribably beautiful. We enjoyed every second snd Mark is a wonderful host that left detailed information and was easy to contact. Cannot wait to go back.
