Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautiful, clean, comfortable and welcoming. Anything you might need for amenities whether it be for the kitchen, bathroom or the pool is included. The view is exquisite and just so peaceful and relaxing! Check-in is easy. The management company was very helpful when we decided to extend our stay. We can’t wait to go back! It’s a beautiful spot, one I highly recommend.

WOW, just WOW!! What an AMAZING trip we enjoyed in the Florida Keys!! My husband and I took this trip with another couple (our good friends) to celebrate our “15th” wedding anniversary. Our trip was FABULOUS!! Our trip began with an AMAZING waterfront condo with water views as far as you could see!! Our VRBO host even had a heart shaped swan created with two towels on our bed when we arrived!! How thoughtful!! We loved it!! THANK YOU Todd!! The condo was super clean!! It had EVERYTHING we could have ever wanted or needed for our weeks stay!! Todd, our VRBO host was an EXCEPTIONAL communicator!! He was ALWAYS responsive whenever I reached out to him with questions. He provided a DETAILED package via email with everything you could ever want to know about what to do, where to go, what to eat and MORE!! The information he sent to me was GREATLY APPRECIATED by our party!! The location of the condo was great!! It was private and quiet! We enjoyed the pool on a couple of occasions and even made friends with a gentleman who lives in one of the condos on the property!! The pool area was very nice and clean!! The whole complex was very nice and centrally located in Marathon. We visited the different Keys from Key Largo down to Key West!! We had bikes to ride, a kayak to use, pool toys, fishing equipment, snorkeling equipment and more!! The condo was FULLY furnished!! We DEFINITELY RECOMMEND staying here!! THANK YOU Todd for EVERYTHING you did to help us create lasting memories!!

The house had a magnificent view of the ocean, it had every thing we needed. We fished every day, was easy getting in and out of canal. Would love to come back.

We’ve been to Key West yearly for over 25 years and this was our first visit to Coconut Beach Resort. As a huge Jimmy Buffett fan this was a dream to stay here because he lived in the “A” unit next door during the 70s. The grounds were immaculate, the pool and all amenities were top notch. The owners Mike and Rose and the entire Week 17 group were all very friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back again!!

Everything was perfect. We loved our little condo. It was very clean, and well stocked! The shower in the bathroom was awesome. We didn’t cook much, but the full kitchen had everything you would need to cook a family meal if you wanted. The grounds were well maintained, and the landscaping was well done. The beach area was beautiful with plenty of comfortable lounge, and regular chairs. Shade areas also if you wanted to be out of the sun. We did not use the grill area, but it was set up nicely under a tiki hut. Also very clean. The pool area was also very clean, and the water temp was wonderful. Not cold but still refreshing. Our host Kim sent us a two page print out of her recommendations for places in the area to eat, and things to do. We tried 4 of the restaurants and our meals were great. We also went to Bahia Honda State Park Beach one day. Felt like we were in the Bahamas. On a scale of one to 10 our trip was a 10.

We have stayed in several Florida condos and this rental was easily the best in terms of cleanliness and how well it was equipped. The furnishings and decorations had the beach motif, but were also very tasteful. The location was amazing. To look outside and see the ocean and steps from the beach! Perfect. The heated saltwater pool an added bonus. We will certainly consider staying there again.

The condo was great. People very friendly. Location convenient. Safe, quiet. Pool well cared for and clean!
