Wonderful home with A+ accommodations! Your own private pool, well appointed kitchen, lovely and outdoor areas to relax. Lots of little touches like…Alexa, nightlights, fluffy towels, and hangers galore.

I would highly recommend this house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Sombrero Beach is a short walk. It was so nice to be able to have our boat in the canal right by the house and to have a hose right by the canal to clean up the boat after fishing.

We booked only a week or so before our travel time. So lucky this property was available. Great spot, with everything you needed. Steps to beach or pool!

WOW, just WOW!! What an AMAZING trip we enjoyed in the Florida Keys!! My husband and I took this trip with another couple (our good friends) to celebrate our “15th” wedding anniversary. Our trip was FABULOUS!! Our trip began with an AMAZING waterfront condo with water views as far as you could see!! Our VRBO host even had a heart shaped swan created with two towels on our bed when we arrived!! How thoughtful!! We loved it!! THANK YOU Todd!! The condo was super clean!! It had EVERYTHING we could have ever wanted or needed for our weeks stay!! Todd, our VRBO host was an EXCEPTIONAL communicator!! He was ALWAYS responsive whenever I reached out to him with questions. He provided a DETAILED package via email with everything you could ever want to know about what to do, where to go, what to eat and MORE!! The information he sent to me was GREATLY APPRECIATED by our party!! The location of the condo was great!! It was private and quiet! We enjoyed the pool on a couple of occasions and even made friends with a gentleman who lives in one of the condos on the property!! The pool area was very nice and clean!! The whole complex was very nice and centrally located in Marathon. We visited the different Keys from Key Largo down to Key West!! We had bikes to ride, a kayak to use, pool toys, fishing equipment, snorkeling equipment and more!! The condo was FULLY furnished!! We DEFINITELY RECOMMEND staying here!! This is our second year, and second trip back to this beautiful property. The owner of this property is extremely tentative to all your needs! I love this house it’s got the prettiest view down a canal we always see manatees and wildlife right in the back yard. It has a really convenient boat dock with hook ups for wash downs and electricity to charge your boat!! Best part is it’s right out to the ocean and sombrero beach is around the block!! Best place by far I’ve stayed at and I will continue to come back every year!! Can’t tell you how much I love this house!!

Our first trip to the Keys and we look forward to coming back. Our stay on Key Colony Beach was the perfect spot for us. Communication with Tom and Lisa was great! The unit and it's gorgeous view are as pictured. We loved that balcony! Furniture and beds were all very comfortable. Condo was very clean and provided what we needed for our stay. Beach chairs and beach towels included. Be aware this unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator but that was not an issue for us. Complex was well maintained and we found it to be very quiet. It was wonderful to have the beach and a pool right outside your door! Sunset @ Sunset Park is a must! We had some great meals @ Havana Jack's, The Key Colony Inn, Island Fish Company, Dockside on Boot Key Harbor and don't miss The Keys Steak and Lobster House....Best to make a reservation in advance for that one....EXCELLENT! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home away from home with us! We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return!

My family and I had an absolutely amazing week! The condo has phenomenal views, was incredibly clean and had everything you could need and more! Stephanie was incredible as a host! Super friendly and easy to communicate with! I HIGHLY recommend Sea Isle Condo #9! You will not be disappointed!!

It's the perfect spot to get away from reality. It has everything pool beach bbq all in one place . You can snorkel right off the beach area and they have kayaks also .The room was very nice and super clean . all kitchenware was there . my only thing is the A/C it was just okay . kim did send someone to look at it immediately but still was not cool enough for us I was soaked in the middle of the night from sweat . other then this small issue it was fantastic the stay there . there was no unwanted guests in the room (aka bugs ) .I would definitely 100% recommend this place to anyone .kim was a great host and very punctual . i will be on a cruise next year but 2025 I will be back there hopefully .
