My family and I stayed here for spring break and it was absolutely amazing. The views from the balcony is breathtaking. You can sit and watch the dolphins all day long. You can also see the sunrise from the kitchen window. The condo was clean and well stocked. Communication was excellent. I also like that they have a private parking spot in the building.

We loved this property. It was the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. We felt completely at home. The only improvement needed is the master bed. The springs were broke and it was very uncomfortable. Otherwise the property was fantastic. the m

Condo was just as listed and shown in pictures. First VRBO that we’ve stayed in that didn’t give me an “ick” about anything. Very well cleaned and all the amenities you would ever need! One elevator still down (which we knew at time of booking) but really didn’t cause an issue of wait times. Would recommend and would consider another stay if we returned to the area!

This is the first time in years that we both agreed at the airport on our flight out that we would be back to Destin and, more specifically, Breakers East #703.The property and location exceeded our expectations.VERY clean, VERY organized, and everything you need. Well-stocked kitchen. It was like home.Bathrooms and Kitchen - SPOTLESS. Big plus.Master bedroom - bed was very comfortable—great view from the room of the ocean. The second bedroom has two queens, we didn't need them but the room was spacious and inviting.Carolyn and her team were excellent. Responsive and accommodating. Some owners will not provide their cell phones. Carolyn encouraged you to text or call directly to her with any issues or concerns. Excellent customer service. The location was PERFECT for the beach. Walk out the back door of this building onto a very private beach area. Steps away.The beach service of the two chairs and the umbrella INCLUDED with your stay is a GREAT touch.Nice pool, clean and inviting.This property is HIGHLY recommended.
