Pensacola Beach beach rentals

We have stayed here many times now and the place is such a great location and Mary has always been a wonderful host. Would love some new patio furniture but not a deal breaker by any means.

This is our third stay at San Souci property. We love the beach front view/access, gated community. Across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s. This condo is definitely our favorite so far! Super clean, beautifully maintained, well stocked kitchen. Corner unit-both bedrooms have beach views! Beds slept great. Washer & dryer in unit. Mary Ann the owner was great! Excellent communication. We booked this condo to celebrate my mom's 69th birthday with our closest best girl friends. The location was perfect to everything we wanted to do with an amazing view. The beach is just a short walk down the boardwalk and a complimentary umbrella with 2 loungers on the beach were available with our booking. The condo was clean, plenty of space, nicely decorated and had more than enough kitchen amenities that we needed to cook a huge birthday brunch. The host supplied us with information of the area and responded immediately any time I reached out. She was amazing. 10/10 trip and would definitely recommend staying here.

It was a wonderful place to stay. Our niece had a beach wedding and we stayed here for 3 nites. We were walking distance to the wedding and beach. Had a wonderful stay and the house is very nice and spacious for our family of 12. Very clean and nice. Would recommend

Perfect accommodations for our family with three kids 9, 8, and 5. Really appreciated that it was set up so well for the beach! Zero complaints.

The owners were welcoming and helpful for entry codes. Parking was easy The condo was immaculate and comfortable the long balcony and the view were spectacular
