Sterling Reef Resort beach rentals

Nice place. Me and my family enjoyed it.

This was exactly as listed and everything was clean and ready when we arrived at check in. The only issue that is NOT the listing’s fault is be prepared for a wait for the elevator. There is only 2 and it is busy all day.

The condo is beautiful, well stocked, clean, comfy, and cozy. The best stocked condo we have ever stayed at! We were pleasantly surprised by the soap, bags, cleaning supplies, and beach supplies! The owners are very responsive and helpful! The only downside was the wait time for elevators and the parking garage spaces.

Absolutely LOVED this GORGEOUS condo!!! The place was definitely like the pictures!! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! Will book again next year!!

We have stayed at Sterling Reef for many years so we know the building and like the amenities, location and spectacular view. The condo was clean, comfortable and met all of our needs for a one month stay. The decor was colorful and had a beach vibe.The kitchen was well stocked with two options of coffee makers, a variety of baking and cooking utensils and kitchen gadgets. The beds were comfortable. We liked the walk in shower off the master bedroom.The owners were wonderful to work with. They were responsive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

We were originally on the other side of the state and were evacuated. We were lucky enough to snag this rental. If anyone watches The Office.. remember the Scrutte’s rules song? Know your rules.. you better know your rules. Not that they are bad rules to have they are a bit strict. $100 for any infractions. Also, if it’s a windy day the elevators are a bit annoying. We will definitely stay again. The room was perfection.

Host provided everything you would need to go to the beach including chairs umbrella sand toys floats boggie board. Property had three nice Weber gas grills on L3 next to the patio. We would purchase fresh seafood at market and grill out in evenings after playing in ocean for the day.

This condo was perfect! Great location, stocked with everything you need and clean. I loved the layout of this place! I let the teen girls have the front master bedroom and I took the smaller room which was perfect, quiet and dark!!!! I will definitely return! Nothing negative to say. Had an absolutely wonderful time! The owners are awesome and willing to answer any questions!!!!
