My daughter and I had an excellent stay at InnJoy! Tonda was very communicative and hospitable! The carriage house was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The perfect house in the perfect neighborhood made for a perfect spring break! We have stayed in a lot of homes in Carillon and this house ranks as one of the very best. Communication with the owners was perfect too! We hope to be back soon.

Had a great stay, albeit short with Hurricane Helene landing during our stay. Everything was good. Lots of nice touches you don’t get elsewhere like beach towels, hair ties, beach chairs, yeti drinkware and plenty of hot water. We will be back!

We were very happy with the condo. Great location and a quiet beach. I am a licensed contractor in the state of Georgia so I speak from experience, they did a good job on the renovations.

Our recent stay in this condo was truly perfect! The condo was clean and well equipped. The owner thought of everything. The decor was charming. I enjoyed sipping my coffee on the balcony while watching the beautiful sunrise over the water. The convenience to have the beach just steps away was unbeatable, making it easy for walks on the shore. Our stay at this condo was a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury- we can’t wait to return.

I have been going to Pinnacle Port for over 20 years and have stayed in many condo units on the property and Jeffrey's place was by far one of the nicest! The unit was recently renovated and the flooring, furniture and beds were updated and comfy. The unit had plenty of space for my husband and I and our two teenage sons. We had a couple of days that weren't great weather for the beach so we appreciated the two balconies where we could sit and still enjoy looking at the beach and being outside. Kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook, enjoy some wine and spread out. The host was very responsive and kind and we appreciated the detailed info provided before check in. Would definitely recommend Jeffrey's place if you are looking for a great value steps from the beach on one side and Lake Powell on the other side. We brought our small boat and were able to enjoy the lake for a sunset cruise a few evenings.
