Manasota Key beach rentals

We had a great stay! Everything was just as listed in VRBO, direct beach access across the street, manatees every evening on the bay side and so quiet and peaceful day and night! Communication was amazing for check in/out and also quick responses with any questions we had. The cottage itself was nicer than expected and plenty of space for 2 ppl.

So it was immediately after Hurricane Helene. Pat kept us updated as we were on the road to the property. The day before we were to arrive Pat called and said option A was out and option B would have too much water. So she refunded all our money including the VRBO fee. Excellent and honest host.

We had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic too. Renting bikes from Allure, across Beach Rd., is a must. My kids enjoyed biking all around the island. The walk to the beach is about five minutes and most of that is waiting for traffic to pass. The beds and pillows are VERY comfortable. You will sleep well after your adventures. Speaking of, I highly recommend a fishing charter with Elsberry Charters out of Boca Grande. We caught so many fish and enjoyed our fresh catch that night for dinner. Everything in the listing is accurate. The villa is well stocked and has what you need or your stay. The property manager is responsive and accommodating. You will love it here. This was a spring break trip for my family of four with two daughters (10+13). We had a blast. The area has a ton to do! This unit was outstanding and probably the best in our opinion. Tastefully decorated and has everything you could need for a fun beach vacation including cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards etc. We hope to be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was very spacious, comfortable and convenient to pool along with a short walks to the beach and bay. It had everything we needed. We hope to be back again.
