Such a wonderful stay with family! We loved our time at the Beach House; exactly as described and so easy to work with the owner. Great location to so many fun activities! Bike rides, sunsets, s’mores, swimming and grilling - perfect vacation!

Nice condo within walking distance of the beach in a private gated facility.

The property was conveniently located with only a short walk to many activities such as a super cute coffeehouse with cute beach shops as well as a nice beach walk to the lighthouse! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. It was perfect for us and 3 children. The view from the balcony was beautiful with a few minute walk to a quiet beach. It was nice to also have the pool area nearby.

We loved the water view and the uncrowded beach in April. Condo manager was easy to communicate with.

Perfectly described. Loved the layout. Family had time together, but individual rooms for private space. Loved the beach, 2 minute walk. Plenty of eating places within 5 minutes. Ice cream galore! Tranquility. Going before Christmas was perfect. No one around. Felt like Tybee Beach was our own. Super safe feeling. We will definitely get with Dan on a return visit.

This condo is exceptionally clean, has a beachy, (but not gaudy) updated decor, is comfy, and the best view on Tybee. Our host, David, absolutely thought of everything you will need to be enjoy your stay. We had one issue with the door lock which David took care of right away. We could have sat in the balcony with David’s binoculars all day the entire visit. We did, however, thoroughly enjoy exploring Tybee and Savannah. Wonderful lil vaca for me and my cousin!
