Seapointe Village beach rentals

This is our third year coming to Seapointe, and our favorite stay yet! This condo fit our family's needs perfectly. Having 3 children 5 and under, the ground floor sliders right to the beach and pool were key to us enjoying our stay. The kids loved the bunk beds, and we thought the king bed was super comfortable. The condo is beautifully maintained with coastal decor throughout and thoughtful touches. The owner was also very kind and helpful in communications. The location couldn't be better- we love seapointe and will absolutely be booking this condo again!

This property truly was a little slice of heaven. The location is perfect with a nice size outdoor patio where you can sit and relax and enjoy the sound and sight of the ocean. Karen was a wonderful host, always responding immediately whenever we had a question. The place was very clean, kitchen well equipped for all of our needs. Looking forward to a return trip next fall!!

We had a wonderful time at Seapointe Village. Our condo was beautiful and clean. The owner was wonderful to work with. She answered all our questions and was in touch with us through the whole process. I highly recommend staying here!

Property was great, and what was portrayed in the listing is what we got! Maria was extremely helpful in all areas, insuring that we had everything we needed. The kids loved the pools, and so much to do in the area. Great for family. Will more than likely be back soon!

This trip was more than we could have hoped for! Our family was looking to break some tradition and spend Thanksgiving at the beach for a quiet getaway! We found the perfect spot. From the moment we booked the trip we knew we were in good hands. The owners reached out with information about the condo, community and even events that were happening on the holiday weekend. The communication leading up to the trip was fantastic (she even helped us find some where to order Thanksgiving dinner!). Once we arrived it only got better. The pictures don’t do justice to this great condo - the furnishings and decor is beautiful —-and the view is perfect! 180 degrees of water!! We felt at home instantly. The personal touches left by the owner only made us feel more at home! The property is great - even in the off season. Our children loved the indoor pool and we made several visits there each day. We can’t wait to come back, and are thankful that we were able share this beautiful home for our holiday this year!! Thank you Shelley and Tim!

We had a great week at this condo. It was our 3rd stay at Seapointe Village, but our first in a 1-bedroom. Having 2 full baths was wonderful! Traveling by plane from GA to reach the condo, we were also thrilled to find this condo had bath towels onsite and access to their personal beach locker with beach chairs! (With past 2-bedroom rentals, we had to borrow chairs and store all beach items in our rental car.) The pre-arrival checklists from the owner were helpful, so we knew exactly what would be provided - right down to the types of coffee makers. The owner was quick to respond to our handful of questions at check-in and our feedback at check-out. A lovely experience all-around.
