Awesome place

Great location with convenient beach access. Very clean unit. We enjoyed listening to the surf our entire stay. Our host was quite pleasant and assured our OC beach rental was terrific! Will be renting again.

Wonderful location with a 5 minute walk to the beach and Boardwalk. Could use a floor lamp in the Living Room for people who like to read.

Great house just 600’ from the beach. Awesome views and deck. The house has an eclectic mix of art and local artifacts throughout. Ed is a wonderful host who puts a positive spin and or a splash of humor on everything.

The location was serene no TV, needed, beds comfortable, amenities in full supply,the entire place was clean and well maintained. Paul the owner was easy to reach. The deck was so perfect at any time.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, you were always available and ready to accommodate our every need. Your responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay truly memorable. The place was really nice, and the host was great. There was even a little snack basket when we arrived. My only heads up is the shower water temperature is very finicky and was hard to get right. I think that was an issue though with the building trying to supply all the units and not with this individual property. Great stay!

The location of this property couldn't be better: on the beach with a pool, three (short) blocks from restaurants, shops, etc. Remarkably private considering the house is next to the public beach. More importantly, the house is super comfortable--the decks catch the breeze (two decks and a patio), three baths on the ground level, two on the upper and the furniture is extremely nice for a beach house. Great house, great vacation!
