James Island beach rentals

Everything was as described, had a great time fishing, kayaking, and enjoying the beautiful property. Cooper was super responsive and easy to work with.

Lovely place, small but had everything we needed to eat breakfast in. Bed was comfy, but pillows were not. (I always bring my own.) amenities were pretty impressive with a large, unheated pool, a hot tub, and a golf cart at your disposal. The best feature was its location within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. Lovely neighborhood. We recommend the Sea Buscuit, Coconut Joe’s and farther afield, the Wreck of Richard and Charlotteand, farther afield

Very nice property, comfortable accommodations, responsive host. Appreciated the mirror and close outlets in bedrooms for getting ready.

The house is well maintained and fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay. Great neighborhood, great hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palmetto Paradise! The home was exactly as described and well-stocked, thanks to the owners’ thoughtfulness. The location made for easy drives to both the city of Charleston and Folly Beach. We especially enjoyed the use of the county park pass, which allowed us to enter the beach free of charge.The home was comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient for everything we wanted to do in Charleston! Slept like a baby! And enjoyed our pool just outside our door!! Would definitely stay here again.

I was very happy with are vacation rental. It was very beautiful place beautiful yard & very friendly renters we were very pleased.

Great house, interesting layout. Perfect spot to hang out and has multiple areas to relax in case you want a little separation! Easy check in and check out. We didn’t do any cooking so can’t say how well the kitchen worked but looked fine. Definitely would rent again!
