Fripp Island beach rentals

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home for the first time this year. The location to the beach was perfect for quick walking access to set up the tent each morning and for other group members to join us on the beach at their leisure. We enjoyed coffee on the screened porch each morning and playing games at the dinner table each night. And look forward to returning next year. A quick note for future renters: the washer and dryer are located downstairs in a room just off the garage, so you might want to bring a laundry basket or bag to transport laundry easily.

We had looked at property on our last visit to Fripp. The property we normally used was not pet friendly. Our stay was not disappointed by us nor our Goldendoodle. Our Doodle loved the screen porch, Golf cart rides and native wildlife. The house was extremely rental friendly with posted rules, appliance operations and options to make a welcoming experience. Jennifer our host contact was alway very helpful. We will be back. FYI - Our Doodle would stare at the golf cart from The porch until we took him on a ride!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here on our next visit. Our favorite part was the view of the marsh!

The title “THE BEST VIEW ON THE ISLAND” is 100% accurate. Sunsets from the back porch are perfect. House is on the best, most private part of the beach. It’s almost like having the beach all to yourself when you stay here. The kitchen is well-stocked with any cooking utensil or appliance you could need. We have rented this property several times over the past few years, and it is always a wonderful vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at John Fripp villas. It was a good location and easy access to the beach.

This condo is beautiful! Perfect location, perfectly stocked with everything you need. Bring your beach chair and enjoy!

Great view from bottom floor. Property manager called shortly after we arrived to verify everything was ok. Condo was stocked very well. Beach was clean. Only negative was that dining choices were very limited within a 20 to 30 minute drive. All in all, I can fully recommend this condo without reservation.
