Boardwalk Beach Resort beach rentals

Everything was really good. The only thing that could be changed is that it would be nice to have a restroom in the pool area. Every time we needed to go to the restroom, we had to go to the room.

Everything was great with our stay! I have a couple of suggestions that might benefit other guests. 1) Extra blankets might be nice on the beds, and mattress topper for comfort 2) Ice trays 3) Bath mat that allows for drainage yet when you are showering to remove sand you are not continuing to stand in the sand Overall it was an incredibly relaxing stay! Beautiful views, great weather and everyone was very nice and quite helpful. (The first morning we realized our carafe from the coffee maker was broken, they replaced it within the hour. Can't be on vacation without coffee!) Thank you to Grace and Coastal properties!

Wonderful condo. Overall give it a 5 star, but I did rank the cleanliness as a 4. That was only because as soon as we came in, we felt sand on the floor—yes I know we are at the beach, but we were able to sweep it up with the broom and dust pan without any problems. Great to have beach chairs and umbrella. Thank you for the beach towels as well! Every kitchen utensil that would possibly need.

The communication from Coastal Properties was always quick and kind. The unit was clean and felt like a home away from home for the week. The indoor pool was a great bonus for the kids and the building staff were always friendly. We were lucky enough to have great weather for the short walk to the beach and the view from the balcony was unmatched. I do want to note there is construction going on for a pier very close by and the noise was early and annoying but that’s to be expected during the off season and is no fault of the property manager (just something to keep in mind for off season guests!)Overall we had a great trip; the unit is very close to plenty of nearby shops, dining and experiences for kids of all ages. Highly recommend!

This 12th floor ocean front apartment is beautifully updated and comfortable. We slept well in the bed's, were able to do some light meal preparation, and really enjoyed the ambience of the electric fireplace when it was cool in the early morning or late evening's.

Everything was as described. It was a great location as it was just a few minutes drive to essentially everything and close enough to walk many places as well. The beds were very comfortable, not like most beds in rental homes. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into decorating and it truly is a second home for them. Everything you could need in the kitchen and very comfy blankets stored for then Murphy bed. We would definitely stay here again!
