The house was perfect for our crew of 17. If we could rate this house 10 stars we would. The game area for kids and adults is awesome. Perfect pool and outdoor spaces. The house is completely updated and modern and all the amenities are off the charts. The house is walking distance to everything and the beach is right out the back door. Thank you for sharing your place with us!!

We really enjoyed our time in South Padre Island! The view from the balcony earns the 5-stars! It was also an easy check in. Really enjoyed the hot tub, too! Really easy walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this amazing 5th floor condo for 3 nights. Upon arrival, we were awed by the sweeping oceans views from the wall of windows...and our enjoyment continued from there. As has been stated in other reviews, the hosts have stocked this condo with everything you might need. Everything was spotlessly clean and odor-free, allowing us to immediately relax and feel at home. We also loved the security of the parking area and the private and easy access to the beach. I could go on and on, but we will definitely keep this property (and these hosts) on our list of places to return to.

What can I say about this listing that hasn't already been said in the literal hundreds of stellar reviews? My wife and I stayed here in October 2024 and I can happily confirm the exceptional rating of this property on VRBO. The photos are 100% accurate to what you will see when you arrive. The condo building's location is fantastic. It is beachfront and conveniently located close to many restaurants and attractions. In fact, it's less than a 5 minute walk to Blackbeard's, one of the better restaurants on the island. The unit itself is in a great location within the building as you are on the top floor and close enough to (but not right in front of) the elevators. Are you more of a sunrise or sunset person? No need to decide... you get views of both with the beach facing balcony and front porch area, each with ample seating. Two of the most important factors my wife and I look for when choosing vacation accommodations is if the place is clean and in a safe area. This listing effortlessly checks both boxes. Most of all, the hosts are the nicest folks. They respond quickly to questions and are also proactive in providing information and checking in to see if you need anything. I highly recommend this listing and I imagine it goes quickly so if you see your dates available, don't hesitate or another renter may grab it! Accomodations were amazing. Beautiful sunrises right on the beach. Close to live music, shops, and food. Really couldn't ask for more.

We loved our stay at this beautiful well-located property. Our jaws dropped when we saw the stunning beach view from the living room and master BR. Being right on the beach with a private boardwalk is exceptional. The kitchen was very well-equipped and we all enjoyed the goodies that were left for us in the treasure chest. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very nice and roomy, and we appreciated having a washer and dryer available for beach towels, etc. There were lots of beach toys available by the pool and our grandchildren loved using the boogie boards. All nine of us had a great time! Our host, Billy, goes the extra two miles to assure you are more than satisfied with the Sandpiper house.
