This was the perfect spot for our families fall getaway! Prime location with the short walk to Nissawa and quick drive to so many fall hikes.

This place was beautiful. So much shade! Plenty of places to sit and enjoy the views of the lake or fish from the dock. Paddle pontoon was so fun. Loons and eagles were cool to watch. Bass fishing was great. Caught several pike and lots of sun fish. Hosts were super nice! Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet fishing spot or a peaceful place to relax and read a book. Word of advice though: bring mosquito repellant! If you make sure & wear it you'll be fine but if you forget it they can be bad.

A nice place to stay, secluded but not far from groceries etc. Mike is very responsive. Overall was worth it, we will be back again.

We were very satisfied with the cabin on Gladstone. The owners made it very accommodable and relaxing for us adults and infants to enjoy our weekend there. The owner also was available by text if we had questions which made the communication process very easy. There was a nice fire pit along with stacks of wood we used every night. Sunnies, Pike and Bass were all caught off the end of the dock. Bedrooms and kitchen were clean and comfortable along with the bedroom in the garage. It's difficult to judge how far the weedline comes up to the shore every year, based on the amount of rain and sunshine, which we understood. The only thing I wish we would have had was a clean sandy area for the kids to play in but it was impossible to do so with the amount of weeds that were present. There is a very nice place across the lake we brought the kids to swim in a shallow, non weedy area. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider next summer. Thank you for the hospitality!
