As an overnight stay, this cute little house met our needs. Conveniently located and immaculate, checkin process was simple.

Excellent home feel, and environment. Nice and quiet with an excellent view of the mountains.

My wife and I came to NC to help with hurricane recovery. We had no idea how bad the damage was. Many areas were still without power and most of western NC has undrinkable tap water. The Beech Creek cabin was an answered prayer for our stay. Great location, clean water, beautiful surroundings, and a GREAT HOST (Tim)! We will definitely be back. (Maybe very soon to continue helping). And we will definitely look for this cabin again. Stay strong NC!

Wonderful solitude! If you're looking for a quiet sabbatical, this is the place!

To say that our stay in this gorgeous house was perfect would be an understatement. It’s difficult to envision a cabin that could be more perfectly suited to its surroundings. The house itself was lovely - from the architecture of the building itself, to the beautifully handmade furniture, to the hand crafted floor and table lamps, down to the coffee mugs - everything was thoughtfully presented and very comfortable. And the view defies description. This property was perfectly situated by itself, giving the utmost privacy in the middle of a beautiful forest, yet it was only ten minutes into town, with all that Asheville has to offer. And as much as we enjoyed the city and surrounding areas, it was always a highlight to come back to the house and that porch! We cannot recommend this house highly enough.

The Cozy Cabin was perfect! As advertised too. The proximity to the quaint Black Mountain town was just close enough for easy access but yet far enough so you didn’t hear traffic and goings on. The cabin was super clean, well stocked, and comfy. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a lovely time at the cabin. Black Mountain is the perfect place to stay if you want to combine a trip to Asheville and views of mountains. The cabin is just as pictures portray. We enjoyed the indoor fireplace and the general ambiance. Winter views are great—mountains and trees. Two decks to enjoy the view. Took some great photos of the trees and moon. There’s a large yard with a fire pit, picnic table, and swings. If you travel with peeps who aren’t early risers, you can easily walk to Montreat and hike some trails. Shops, restaurants, and grocery store very nearby. If you’re a coffee drinker, pack your favorite Keurig pods as the only downside to Black Mountain are the coffee shops. We tried three and were disappointed with all of them. Maybe we just had bad luck. This last point is meant in no way to detract from the review of the cabin— just want to help my fellow caffeine- aficionados out.

Our hosts were great and very accomodating. Everything was top notch and super clean and well equipped. They had a book on the table detailing everything and the wood stove, wood fired Finnish sauna and jacuzzi all were used extensively every day. We will be back as it is now on our shortlist!
