Franklin cabin rentals

Tucked away off the beaten path lies this lovely two story with a basements that has almost everything you would ever need. A place to sleep, get clean, even games to play. Everything is laid out and explained thoroughly It honestly felt like a second home!

We loved this property. The house had more space than the pictures show. There was plenty of space to store our things including luggage. There was so much to explore both inside and out. Jeanette the host was lovely. My fiancé and I will definitely stay here again when we visit Franklin. We are anxious to check out the other house on the property ‘The Wild Turkey’.

Girls weekend - amazing time relaxing, listening to the sound of the birds and the river. Would definitely stay there again!

This is PURE Tranquility at Best!! From God's Creation and Richard & Debra's Preservation you will find yourself at peace and joy just sitting on the patio with a view of the fresh water Cowee Creek which runs through the center of the property and a wonderful mountain view backdrop. We had the chance to meet Richard and Debra and both are great people and more than accommodating. The Tiny House is a Tiny house, but super cozy, clean, and comfortable, we had no problems at all with us and our dogs. We will be returning, as this has been The BEST vacation spot I have found in the mountains. Thank you again Debra and Richard!! We will be retuning,

Just as advertised. This home was perfect for us. Super close to good grocery store, gas, downtown Franklin, and even Walmart. Easy to find. Close to the tight twisty mountain roads that we went there to ride our motorcycles on. Susan (Mary) and Walt were excellent hosts. Even though our plans were impacted by Hurricane Helene, we still had a good time. We NEVER lost power! That in itself is a miracle!! The entire area was impacted with no cell service, internet, cable. Thankfully they had plenty of games in the home for us to entertain ourselves. If the home is available when we travel to the area in the future, we'd definitely stay again :)

My daughter and I loved the cabin and the location to all of the hiking. The place is perfect for a family retreat. Hannah and Lance has is setup perfectly. The beds are the most comfortable that I have slept on in any vacation rental. Thanks so much for sharing your place. Kenny and Brittany.

The only thing that could have made our stay better was if it were longer! The cabin was even better than advertised, secluded, quiet and very homey. Michelle was outstanding from the start, and squeezed in the third leg of our honeymoon tour on relatively short notice. Everything you could think of was provided, and if you bought enough groceries you would never even need to leave the cabin (we did anyways though, and the local shops and restaurants were delightful). My wife is in love with it and can't wait to go back, and neither can I. Literally the best VRBO/AirB&B we've ever stayed in! start, and

Slight problem accessing house due to faulty lockbox but owner immediately responded. The view from the deck is fabulous. When it was cold, easily enjoyed through the sliding deck door. The house was as advertised; there were no surprises. What was nice was the very easy to use gas heater fireplace. Also, a few mornings it got done to freezing and I was surprised how quickly the standard heat warmed up the house. The access to the property was easy. The house is located within an hour of many recreational activities. I am a cyclist and hiker. This is a great location for that. The the property is very rural, it’s within minutes of essential shopping, e.g., Walmart. This was a mini-sabbatical for me. Great place to read the Bible, pray and have uninterrupted solitude.
