Tumalo Lake Lodge is a special place hidden not too far away from downtown Bend. The amenities, views, beds, and activities available are perfect for a retreat. Tracy and Bill are world class. Very responsive and ensure we have everything we need for a smooth arrival and departure. Grateful to have found this Oregon gem!

The Hillside Cabin has excellent views of the lake and could not be more cute. Perfect for two couples or several good friends. The quality of the Cabin itself was exceptional- this is certainly a luxury stay in the Central Oregon wilderness!

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Tumalo Lake Lodge property. The setting is serene, and this is certainly a must-do if you’re looking to visit Central Oregon.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and beautifully decorated vacation rental. Everything in the house felt fresh and new, and the setup was perfect for accommodating several families under one roof. The location was unbeatable—close to the rec center, pool, and village, as well as the observatory and nature center.We especially loved the large green space in the center of the property, we envision coming back with more family in the summer and utilizing that common space and private pool shared by the cabins. The private hot tub was a huge bonus. The hot tub was delightful, with strong jets that made it the perfect place to relax.The host was fantastic—very communicative and attentive to all of our needs. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the summer to take full advantage of all sunriver has to offer in that season. All in all, it was a lovely stay!

Beautifully designed and maintained upscale cabin with soaring ceilings overlooking lake and woods. Quiet. Comfy. Well provisioned kitchen—stocked with coffee, tea, seasonings…all the basics. Ages of guests: 70s, 60s, 40s, 30s plus a 5 year old. Each of us was delighted and wished we had more time. We boated on the lake and caught and cooked a couple of fish, gazed at the moon and stars, hiked the 2 mile trail, drove 20 minutes into Bend, read books, drive 20 minutes to Tumalo Falls, relaxed in the hot tub. It was perfect….so much better for us than staying in town. We will be back!

Great location, comfortable beds. Pool passes, air conditioning. Great send river place to stay.
