  • Peaceful location set in the low alpine above Canmore, yet minutes from downtown.

"The house has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. Very much a home from home."

  • Great property with amazing view

"We stayed in the unit in early March from Thursday to Sunday. The property was very nice, very clean and as described/pictured. Replies from the owner were very timely and all the provided access codes worked great. What a view! It is unobstructed because there is a field in front. I'm not sure if they will build something on the field down the road, but for now it's great. The 3 sisters are amazing to wake up to first thing in the morning! The pool was great and our daughter had a blast on the water slide and we all enjoyed the indoor / outdoor hot tub. There is also a smaller toddler slide if you have smaller kids. The outdoor hot tub is invigorating in the cold weather with snow gently coming down on your shoulders. It is fairly private with no one able to see you, but it's facing the property so no mountain views and it does have a couple of balconies right above it. No problem, just something to be aware of. I think a couple of the other reviews may have mentioned it, but it is a first floor unit right beside the pool (bonus is that it is a very close walk) but it is also beside the elevators. On the Saturday evening the pool was extremely busy (I believe there was a kids hockey tournament in town) and the hallway was very loud as kids came and went from the pool. We were expecting this though so it wasn't too much of a distraction, we just turned up the TV a bit and kept the door to the bedroom closed so our daughter could sleep. From inside the bedroom you can't really hear much with the door closed and we also had the radio on in the background so it did not disturb our sleep at all. If you are using the pullout bed/couch and going to bed or sleeping in beyond pool hours, just expect a bit of noise during busier/peak times. Especially if you are a light sleeper (which I am not). Ear plugs maybe? :) The location is also great, right near "downtown" and away from the train tracks so no train noise. We also used the natural gas BBQ/full service kitchen one night which was good and saved us costs on a dinner out. Fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher so clean up was a breeze. The BBQ is a bit small though with only two burners, so for 2 adults and 1 child it worked great but something to keep in mind if you are cooking a lot. The BBQ itself though was great (Broil King) and threw out a lot of heat so I could still cook a nice steak in -15C weather with no problems. Underground parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay again!"
