  • Highly recommended

"We've stayed here twice, both times have been excellent! The owners are very friendly, thorough and easy to organize with! The place is clean and affordable! I would recommend anyone coming through in a group to check it out!"

  • Almost perfect but had a few issues

"I will start with the negatives and finish off with the positives. ------ The Bad--------- 1.) Tub in master bedroom did not drain on arrival. Was pretty busy for the first 3 days so I didn't have a chance to call it in. When I did, they took care of the problem during the same day. 2.) The water in the Hot tub looked like it could use a change as it was a bit merky. There was a ring of scum around the top of the hot tub and a few hot tub testing strips located around the hot tub area. I asked them to take clean up the hot tub the same day I called in about the bath tub not draining. While it appears they wiped the ring of scum off the tub and added some more water, it doesn't look like they really cleaned it out. It was clean enough that we felt safe in the hot tub, we just felt it could have been kept a bit cleaner. 3.) Noise!!! Granted this was only the last 2 days of our ski trip, however the people downstairs were blasting music at 6:30am!! I called and complained, the next day they started the music at 7am. You will notice there are a lot of KEEP THE NOISE DOWN, signs around the building which tells me this has been an issue in the past too. The sign says quiet time between 11pm and 7am. Which is fine, but that doesn't mean you have to blast the tunes right at 7am. This is a hard one to address as each renter will behave differently. 4.) I would not count the fold out couch as a bed, It was so lumpy and uncomfortable that we took the mattress off the fold out couch and just put it on the floor. 5.) Called during my checkout, asked to talk to someone about the issues above, still waiting to hear back from someone at VRBO about this. ---------Now the good!!--------------- 1.) Large and open, place was the most roomy 2 bedroom we have rented and we have been going on our yearly ski trip for the past 7 or 8 years. 2.) Really nice to have a hot tub right at your finger tips. 3.) The place felt like it was right down town on the strip. Kinda like having a penthouse in downtown Vancouver.... but not :) 4.) 3 toilets for the morning rush hour. 5.) Clean and open, the place is very accomodating, nice stereo and tv for reviewing footage from a hard day ski. 6.) We walked to a restaurant every day of the week and were shocked at how central this place really is. 7.) Lots of places to hang your ski gear, tons of coat hooks, closet space, spare linnens etc.."

  • Wonderful

"Not a single complaint. Cozy cabin with wood stove. Ample firewood cut and stacked just outside the door. A tidy little hot tub out the back door with a great view of the mountains. Oh and the owners are awesome!"
