  • Immaculate, well-furnished condo

"This two-bedroom condo was in perfect condition and was beautifully furnished. The location was good being situated on the waterfront between downtown Nanaimo and Departure Bay, with two good restaurants in walking distance. The owner was very helpful and was easy to contact. The only reason we did not give 5 stars was because it took us some time to get use to the noise from the adjacent marina, the nearby sea-plane base, and the highway leading to the ferry terminal."

  • Great Location. Lots of room.

"We really enjoyed our recent stay at this house. The pictures don't do it justice. The view was lovely. It's in a nice neighborhood. Lisa was easy to deal with. I highly recommend staying here."

  • Great Location, Clean and Comfortable Place to Stay

"My husband and I stayed for a week over the summer on vacation. The location is fantastic, we barely had to use our car at all as we were walking distance to the water, restaurants and shops. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Carolle was very easy to work with and met up with us in person to hand off keys and show us around. The building is quiet and overlooks a courtyard so though you have access to the shops and restaurants you don't hear them at all when in the suite. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to spend some time in Nanaimo! Thanks Carolle!"

  • Home away from home

"2 bedrooms on opposite sites of the suite, which with kids can be a blessing to have some private space for everyone. Wonderfully stocked kitchen, we were able to make tea, coffee, brownies, and meals using microwave, stove and oven. We were able to have the great grandparents over and have plenty of space to host them without the rush and noise of a restaurant. 2 patios so that when one side was hot, you could use the other side in the shade. It was unseasonably hot at the end of summer, in the 30's, but plenty of fans were provided so it was manageable. It was close to grocery shopping and within a block of a good kids park - we were set. Wonderful place, I would not hesitate to use this suite again."
