  • Perfect, IMMACULATE, cute suite in the heart of the Village.

"I love this vacation rental! It is in a great location, next to the coffee house and bakery (serves breakfast and lunch food), 1 minuet to the Chippery for dinner and 3 mins. to the Lake. If cooking is in your plans the suite has cooking appliances including a BBQ and a normal sized fridge. I however have lots of family and was lucky to go to BBQ's at their homes. The bed was comfortable and the suite has a bath tub which I love. The suite was immaculate! I enjoyed the living room and dinning room, there are lots of books to explore. Oh, and it has A/C !!! Which I used almost every afternoon. ( Summer) The best part of staying here was meeting Gay, she is fabulous! An amazing and accomplished woman with a great sense of humor! I give it 5 stars! Thank you Gay! Dig Tittle San Clemente, California"

  • Amazing Holiday!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful home is a must see. The view is absolutely stunning. The home itself is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 sitting rooms and has lots of closet space. Huge kitchen. We will be renting it again. You must go visit Bear Mountain. It is gorgeous!! Also would like to thank Kathryn, EMR Vacation Rentals who was extremely accommodating with the check in process as we arrived late. Would use them again in a heart beat. Highly recommended."

  • High end and perfectly situated

"Our group of five (my husband and I and our daughter, her husband and our 5 year old granddaughter) stayed here for a week to celebrate my 70th birthday. We all found the house very comfortable and well outfitted, and the views to the bay were magnificent. One of the main reasons I chose to rent here was the canoe, which didn't disappoint; there are adult life jackets in the basement (bring your own child's though) and a tiny (no trespassing) island to discover. There is a very nice washer and drier in the basement which is essential for a week's stay. We did a lot of cooking together and had a great time with dinners, board games and jigsaw puzzles (in the hall closet) on the giant dining room table. The master has a wonderfully comfortable king size bed and is well separated from the other bedrooms so that we could all escape to our corners for quiet time. All the bedding was extremely nice. The towels were ample and fluffy. I would say it is a perfect house for our size group, especially if the Fall weather forces us to retreat from all the decks, I can see it would be ideal in Summer. The basement is marvelously clean and convenient for laundry and even has a weight room with equipment and a sauna (!) although we didn't partake. I would say that this lovely house might be difficult for the elderly or infirm as it has many bayside steps down from the deck with no handrails. The only disappointmet was that the master has only a tub and no shower, it's cute to be sure, but small; so most people used the 4 foot stall shower with a curtain in the second bathroom. We would have liked to have a hand-held attached to that one. We found the closest big grocery store on Helmcken Rd across from the hospital; that same shopping center has the requisite liquor store. In Victoria, just a 15 minute car ride we found the Bard and Banker pub to be perfect and wonderful fish and chips at the outdoor Red Fish, Blue Fish."

  • Exceptional

"Louise and Bob warmly welcomed 14 of us friends to their beautiful property. Let's just say, they didn't hesitate at any attempt to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Location is conveniently close to the ferry terminal and the airport. House is very well maintained with a lot of space for everyone to be comfortable with with large groups. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything down to the spices. The well equipped game room will keep everyone entertained. We arranged the booking last minute and Louise was very accommodating."
