  • Great stay!

"Lovely rural setting with an amazing yard for camp fires in the evening. The suite was perfectly comfortable and included many special touches like a fruit basket and muffins. Ken was available to provide information about the area. We will definitely stay here again!"

  • Enjoyed our stay at Foxgloveden

"Everything was great. Loved the gardens and the quiet after being with grandchildren all day. Not far from stores. Lots of beautiful hiking trails. Nice and clean. Would definitely come back for another stay. Beds were so comfy."

  • Tops in all regards!

"We stayed in this beautiful condo for 2 weeks, which included Christmas and New Year. I was a bit concerned about 'decorating' for the season. When we came in, the entire condo was tastefully decorated by Jolie! Phil and Jolie went out of their way in many regards: testing the internet ahead of time for speed for us, calling to welcome us and making sure all was well, and more. Fabulous view, cozy robes, heated floors in bathroom, magnificent kitchen (top line everything) with every possible 'tool'. Watch for "hidden" drawers within drawers" for more! The one and only concern was the second beautiful bedroom: it had glass French doors! Our daughter solved this problem by buying a spring rod and light curtains for privacy. Really a non-issue. Our heartfelt thanks to our hosts."

  • The perfect place to stay in Victoria

"This was absolutely the perfect place to stay while visiting Victoria BC. The location was right on the inner harbour, stunning views, and the water taxis are just a few steps away. Maureen was a delight and very informative. The condo was IMMACULATE, and has everything you need for your visit. She recommended Jam Cafe, and it was so good! I would highly recommend the following: The Teahouse at Abkhazi for afternoon tea, which was only about $30 pp and it was such a treat. It's a pretty far walk, so I would take the public bus. We did the Prince of Whales and Butchart Gardens combo tour, which was totally worth it. We saw a ton of whales and the gardens are "heaven on earth". The BC Museum is a must see as well. Take a trip to eat at Barb's Fish and Chips at Fisherman's Wharf, and a morning or afternoon stop at Murchie's Tea and Coffee for some great pastries, coffee/tea and sandwiches. I would also walk through Beacon Park, it's beautiful. Hands down, the best place to stay in Victoria BC, and also the best place to visit. We will definitely return for another visit. Thanks again Maureen! You are a gem and so is your place! 5 stars all the way!"
