  • Summer Fun!

"Three families enjoyed the lake house from August 6-13. The house is large, home like with beautiful views all around. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The only true challenge is the incline and distance from house to lake. Although the trail is well maintained it's quite steep which doesn't make it ideal for anyone with mobility challenges, young children or older folks."

  • A comfortable and very tidy place for two, with an amazing host to take care of every need.

"This place was a great location for doing our own cooking as well as exploring some nearby restaurants. When we needed advice on what to explore the hostess was very helpful. The accommodation was pleasantly cozy."

  • A Week in Bowser

"Property was modern, clean, spacious and exactly as described - no complaints. When we arrived, we were met by a neighbour who acts as an on-site caretaker. We had one, very minor issue during our stay which was resolved immediately by the caretaker. The house is about a one minute walk to the beach. While the beach is rocky, we had great fun exploring at low tide when sandy spots were exposed. We saw many crabs, starfish and fish. We used the house as a base to explore Qualicum, Parksville, Deep Bay and Coombs. We visited swimming holes at Little Qualicum Falls (where we saw cray fish) and at Top Bridge Park. We mountain biked in Cumberland and Mount Washington Bike Park. All in all a great time for me and my kids."
