"We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The view from the deck was beautiful and the cottage had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed the Hot tub and it was nice to have the store their for any small items we needed. Being located just 25 minutes North of Kelowna on the Westside Road it allowed us options to go North or South on our daily rides on our motorcycles. The only issue we had was we had made arrangements with the owner to drop our bags off early (10:30am, check-in is 4:00pm) as we were riding on motorcycles and we needed to make room to put groceries in our saddlebags that we were going to pick up in Kelowna. The cleaners showed up just as we were unloading our bags and were very rude and not willing to let me explain what we had worked out with the owner. They refused to clean the cabin saying "I refuse to work in these conditions" and took pictures of our motorcycles that were parked out front then left. If we had shown up in a car or truck I am pretty sure we would have not experienced the same reception. It did not start off our vacation very well but after some conversations with the owners we agreed to clean the cabin and they reimbursed us for the cleaning fee. We really appreciated their effort to help clear that up. In saying that we have no issue in renting the property again. Regards,"
