  • Sonora Sage

"We stayed at Sonora Sage in Penticton for 6 days. It was everything we expected. It is comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen has all the dishes you might need. There are many little details throughout the house that make it feel homey. We would rent this quaint little house again without hesitation!🤗 Gary and Emilie Daigle"

  • Every detail on point

"The Just Cuz Diva's recently returned to this amazing property for another lovely week. Our annual get together was spent here last year and we enjoyed it so much we had to return. There are just nothing but good things to say about how Brian & Kathy have made this home comfortable. Every detail has obviously been well thought out and available for guests to enjoy. There are many spots to relax and soak up the beautiful and ever changing views of Lake Okanagan. Early mornings and late evenings on the deck are memorable. We are a group of seniors who appreciate all the comforts of a home away from home - c/w a kitchen which accommodates all our culinary skills. We are all completely confident and would not hesitate to recommend this property to many others."

  • Peaceful and close to the beach!

"We recently stayed for a week at Eric & Sandy's place in Magna Bay (I wish I could have stayed longer!). The accommodation is very clean and well supplied. We loved that there was a barbeque for us to use. We spent many hours sitting on the deck reading, playing games, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Eric & Sandy are very friendly and welcoming. From booking right through to leaving they were the perfect hosts. I would not hesitate in recommending this accommodation!"

  • Comfortable and roomy

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We had to do a little work the first day to sort out things like the igniter on the BBQ (needed a new battery), the vacuum cleaner (totally plugged up) the pool table (suffering from neglect and poor cleaning) but after the humps were crossed this was the perfect place for us. Lots of beds, awesome retreat from the hustle and bustle of Penticton. Stellar jays and Canada jays were enjoying our peanuts, getting scolded by the local squirrels, really was fun. This house isn't updated but that worked for us, made us comfortable and relaxed. The owner was awesome, quick, kind and laid back. This house has quality, albeit aged, but still quality. The Dufferin pool table took a couple of hours to get back into shape (cleaning the plugged brush, cleaning the table, vacuuming the table) but was a nice addition to the home and enjoyed by all. We hiked up to the top of the mountain and got close up with some local wildlife. I was working in the Okanagan Valley and asked about stocking the fridge a day early (family coming from Alberta) and the owner Gerry invited me to do that and even stay if I wanted, thanks Gerry. We would return without hesitation and if you are looking for a summer getaway from the valley then this is the place, cool at night, wonderfully quiet and a great roomy comfortable house. The drive to town took about 25 minutes which was fine considering the cost of accomodation in Penticton. Thanks again for a great stay."
