  • Great family vacation

"Had a really wonderful stay in Aug 2016. The townhouse is very roomy for a family of four and it was SPOTLESS. Really well maintained. Friendly neighbors. And Scotch Creek is a cute little community. Would not hesitate to stay there again. My only note is that the master bedroom is the only bedroom with black out blinds. The other bedroom and loft would be a difficult sleep for anybody that was light sensitive (ie kids going to bed before the sun, or trying to sleep in). Thankfully, I'm the only light sleeper of the bunch and it didn't affect the sleep for the little ones!"

  • Great place on the Okanagan, just north of West Kelowna

"Raelene was a wonderful host - she provided all information about the booking and property well in advance of our trip, and she continually responded to questions throughout our trip (I hope I didn't pester you too much, Raelene!). She also graciously ccommodated a delayed check-out from us, after we requested it. The cottage/house was great! It was me, my wife, our one year old and my father. 1 of the three bedrooms was great for my son to nap/sleep in, while we spent our time in the rest of the house, or out on the deck that has an amazing view! The kitchen has all of the tools you'd need, the bathrooms were great, and the beds were very comfortable! Raelene tells you this, but make sure you get your groceries on the way in! The road to LaCasa from West Kelowna is ~25 min with lots of twists and turns (** there was road work going on while we were there, with complete road closures form 9:30-11:30am and 12:30-2:30pm - check in advance for road conditions!) The LaCasa resort was really nice. We visited in September, so it wasn't too busy (but the Cantina/General Store also has reduced hours after summer). We made use of the playground, mini-golf course and pool - great amenities! Do note that the highway runs behind the road that the house is on, so when a speedster goes by late at night, it can be a little loud. We had a great time - thanks so much, Raelene!"

  • Feels like home

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo as it was our first time to Big White. Great views and hot tub and the huge windows kept it bright all day. It was very clean and well maintained all for a good price. The four bedrooms and spacious living and dining area allowed us to fit 3 families with four young children. The bedrooms had enough space for playpens which we brought. The kitchen was a treat to work in and was well stocked for dishes. Definitely hope to return one day as we were lucky to have 30cm of fresh snow and the driveway was plowed before our arrival. Great directions and information was supplied. Thanks for sharing your place with us."

  • Naramata Vacation Home 297734

"Our family of four adults and two children stayed at this property for a week in August. Location is close to all the areas for wine tasting and lunches on some lovely patios. Manitou beach is a 5 minute drive and worked well if you have small children. Kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need for cooking. Penticton is a 15 minute drive away and offers , jazz festivals, restaurants, and beaches. If you are interested in golf, hiking, biking and pickleball a good place to be. We enjoyed our stay and and recommend staying here. Calgary Family"
