  • Just what we needed.

"This trip was an experiment for us--a one week stay in the Okanagan to celebrate our wedding anniversary (our 56th). Would it be too hot? Would we have what we need? Would visiting vineyards work out? And how about the accommodations? Well everything was perfect! Not too hot, everything we needed, great wineries and #1 accommodation. Even the view was great and I managed to finish a painting done from the deck. We will be back!"

  • I was amazed at the amount of detail and thought that went into making our stay comfortable.

"I cannot express in words how impressed and happy I was with our stay at hidden gem. It really is a gem. The owners are amazing people who go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience. Upon arrival there was a welcome basket, the home was clean and beautifully done. Everything you could need was there. The outdoor kitchen is well stocked with all things one could need. I love that there was a welcome manual and a guide manual explaining how everything worked. Even though it was cooler out our kids loved the pool and us adults loved the hot tub. I would highly recommend staying here for your vacation. It's a home away from home but like staying in a 5 star hotel."

  • Rustic Heaven with the Million $ Location and View

"so pleased we got this sweet little spot. What a great "cabin" with all you need. We so loved the history of the place and Jim's lineage to it. Thanks so much for the trail / road walking info. We loved the 5+K walk and did it all 3 mornings. Next time we will get to the 10K one. It was lovely to sit inside or out with a coffee or beverage and soak in that view. I loved having a bean grinder and complimentary fresh roast local beans for coffee fixings. And on top of that what a pleasant surprise having a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us! The one large space is roomy and rustic , with all you need to cook or not. Nice touches like the aromatherapy diffuser did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Thanks again. For us the only down was the super soft/ soggy bed. We are firm bed types so it was a challenge to say the least :-) See you again!"
