  • A great weekend experience!

"We were a group of 12, stayed there for one weekend in early November. It was a lovely house with an outstanding view of mountains; it really deserves the name MountainView! Lots of rooms and almost everything you need is already there. We couldn't use the pool because of the season, but the hot tub was great. The owner, Sandra was also really helpful and responsive. All in all, I really recommend this place."

  • Perfect for your Whistler visit! Close to everything!

"It was our first trip to Whistler and we had no clue about the area. This listing said it was walking distance to everything and it was! After we parked our car we did not drive it again until we went home. There is a grocery just a couple minute walk away. The Village is just across the street. The place itself was beautiful. It had everything we needed and more. My favorite was the hot tub on the balcony right of the bedroom. The place is tastefully decorated and has a very high quality feel. The only issue we had was how warm the place got while we were out for the day even with the Heat off but no problem because having the slider door open when we came back was nice so we could listen to the water fountain right outside the patio. I would highly recommend this place for a stay and am only disappointed in the fact that I didn't know about it sooner for our stay during CrankWorx! We will definitely be back for another stay another time though. Thank you!!"

  • Wow!

"Wow, this place is just amazing! We were a family of four generations, 7 adults and 2 preschoolers, when we stayed in this beautiful home. It was absolutely spectacular and loved by all! The location is incredible, with stunning views over the bay. We saw eagles, blue herons, geese, swallows, hummingbirds and several species of songbirds right from the deck. An otter in the bay entertained us regularly and the frogs' evening chorus delighted everyone. The property is beautifully landscaped with gorgeous gardens following the steps down to the semi-private beach (great for beachcombing!). Several sitting areas offer rest stops along the way. There is also a small lawn area for children to play. The house itself is outstanding. The vaulted ceilings, massive cedar log beams, 2-story fireplace, 2-story wall of windows and gourmet chef's kitchen would be a wonder in themselves, but when you add all of the high quality furnishings and art pieces, it is simply phenomenal. The views from all 3 levels are breathtaking and the beds (firm) are a dream to sleep in. The bathrooms were great (love the rain shower) and the double jacuzzi tub was a huge hit for the kids! Everything was high end. All that said, what really makes this property shine is the warm atmosphere created by the owners. Devi was amazing right from the start, before we even arrived. She assisted us with our planning and offered great advice and support. Upon arrival, she gave us a full tour of the house and left us with an incredible array of treats and snacks. What a welcome! We felt so at home, we didn't want to leave. Thank you, Devi, so much for sharing your wonderful vacation property with us. We truly appreciate all the effort you put in to make sure our stay was comfortable and special. It was truly unforgettable and we can't wait to return! It is one the most spectacular places we've ever stayed!"

  • Cozy fall weekend

"Spent two nights over Halloween weekend. Check in was quick and easy. I really liked the layout of the unit and it was very clean. It was a chilly rainy fall weekend and the wood burning fireplace and private hot tub made for a cozy, romantic stay. Pet friendly was a bonus. The trail/path system in Whistler is the best. 5-10 minute walk to the upper village. We ate in one night (and found what we needed in the kitchen) and had a fabulous dinner at Alta Bistro the second night. Great rental. We'll be back!"
