  • Excellent location, clean, well equipped and reasonably priced

"Home is located right off Capilano Road with easy access to the Capilano river, Grouse Mountain, Edgemont Village and the highway. House was clean and very well equipped for our family, everyone had their personal space and good areas for gathering. Driveway is narrow and a bit hidden and getting out onto Capilano Rd a bit of a challenge. Parking enough for 3-4 vehicles but if you want to turn around so you are not backing out onto Capilano Road could be challenging. Snow storm caused power outage the first night we were there for almost 3 hours. Home owner was very responsive even driving all the way up to the house to bring us candles and to make sure we were okay, even offered to move us to another property they had in Horseshoe Bay. We would not hesitate to rent this property again."

  • Beautiful home + gorgeous location = wonderful family reunion

"Three generations of my family, ages 7-79, spent a terrific week here. The house had plenty of room for all of us, and the main level was great for watching the NBA finals, playing games, cooking, and eating together (two tables were combined to seat all 11). We spent a lot of time on the deck and the dock, and the view was beautiful at every time of day. The kids, ages 7-15, loved going to the dock and learning how to trap crabs (with a lot of help from Chris). I think it's important for people considering the property to know that all of the driveways in Deep Cove are steeply inclined, and the driveway is the only way to access the house. My parents are active in their 70s, but the weather was wet the week of our visit and I was worried about them slipping on the steep driveway. We were careful, however, and there were no mishaps at all. The walk to "downtown" Deep Cove is easy and flat, and the town and parks are fun to explore. Access to Vancouver and a trip north along the coast was easy, too. We had great support from the owner before and during our stay. It could not have been a more beautiful, relaxing place for our family to get together! We loved it and truly didn't want to leave."

  • Incredibly beautiful, brand new cottage loft!! Very charming, cozy and great location!

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The space is brand new, and very comfortable! We loved the rainshower, spiral staircase to loft, gas fireplace, comfy bed and couch, lots of big windows and skylights, and cute little deck with view of the cove. Seriously, the pictures don't do this place justice! It is sooooo wonderful! And the location is perfect! We were so close to the hike going to Quarry Rock, and close to "downtown" with cute little shops and restaurants. Kathryn and Greg were such great hosts. Very helpful, easy to reach for communication and so kind and hospitable. Would love to come back one day!"
