  • Perfect home and location for hiking

"Beautiful, comfortable 4 bedroom home on a quiet little lake. Great clean hot tub on deck overlooking lake, nice little dock for hanging out in AM with coffee or evening with wine. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen-we cooked most of our meals at the house. Nice large table big enough for all 7 of us. Spent a week here with 6 other women on hiking adventure, we were able to find several awesome trails from Sqaumish to Pemberton, even one we accessed about 3 blocks from this house. Richard was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. My friends and I have been renting through VRBO for many years and we all rated this home as one of the best we have ever rented. Thanks, Richard."

  • Wonderful

"Our family (we have two kids), plus two grandparents, spent some time in Steve's cabin this January (2015), and had a truly wonderful time during our stay. Our kids are very young, and they had so much fun exploring the cabin. We found the place easy (directions were clear), and it was well prepared for our visit: everything was very clean and tidy. The cabin is very inviting, cozy, and quite spacious - there was plenty of room for sleep (3 bedrooms) and hang out (downstairs and upstairs). The kitchen was very well stocked, we cooked most of our meals. Linen and towels were plentiful and clean. We were lucky to be there during a heavy snowfall, we all loved watching it, and going out with kids to play. The wood stove served us well to warm up after we came back inside. One thing we didn't have time to enjoy was the sauna. The cabin is a short drive to Whistler, we went there a couple of times during our stay, for lunch and to walk around. We didn't go skiing/snowboarding, but, the cabin is a good base for winter activities in Whistler. The cabin is located close to a railroad, but, the trains go by very infrequently (twice a day or so), and they were not annoying (on the contrary, kids liked watching them go by). Our correspondence with Steve was very clear and easy (e-mail, phone). Thanks Steve, we hope to come back and visit your cabin again! Davor and family"

  • Lots of space!

"Our family was travelling to Squamish for our wedding, and we booked this house and Will's other property (Plateau Livin' Cliff Side), which is just across the road. The two houses were perfect for us, with all the essentials and lots of room for all our siblings, nieces and nephews. We enjoyed walking to the nearby river and hiking in the area. Will was very easy to contact and provided all the information we needed."

  • Awesome!

"The views were spectacular and the unit was impeccably clean and spacious with a great hot tub on the deck. Both the owner and caretaker were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. We simply loved this place and recommend it to anyone staying in Squamish! Thank you very much Caroline and Frank."
