  • Exactly as Advertised

    "The property is as advertised. If you manage your expectations - after all it is small at 750 sq. ft - then you'll be take advantage of its prime location and have a fantastic stay and experience as we did (and we have 4 in our party). Edgar, your point person, is genuine and his willingness to make your stay a pleasurable one makes this a 5-star experience. There's a nice Korean market around the corner and an IGA just a block away. Starbucks is a hop, skip, and jump away. Shopping, restaurants are all a stone's throw. Even the parking was easy. Do know that like every major city, there is homelessness and you'll see it as you venture around. Even so, I always felt safe. My two suggestions/wishes would be to add a baking pan to the kitchen's utensils and wares collection, and consider adding a screen door. During summer, it'd be nice to open the door to the balcony without letting any winged-creatures in and a screen door would ensure that. Great place."

  • Great location near the seawall allows one to park and walk or ride to most places around Vancouver.

    "We loved the location of this place. It is only two blocks to the seawall and the aquabus to Granville Island and to Science World. It is also close to tourbuses which pick up along Beach Ave. The kitchen was well stocked and we found the place clean and tidy. There are three levels and one must be able to negotiate these with suitcases. This was not a problem for us. What visitors should realize; there is one one full bath with shower/tub which is located between the third floor bedrooms. The half bath is on the first floor down the hallway from the bedroom. Bikes on the patio mentioned in one of Scotty's communications to us. We found no bikes to use. The key system is quite complex and the keys are not well marked. Once we discovered which key for which doors, things were much easier. The underground parking garage must be accessed through the building lobby attached to the condos once the car is parked. These were things it took awhile to figure out. Instructions could've been simpler and more clear to expedite use of the facility. These comments are made as a suggestion to improve future usage by guests. Overall, it is a great central location and we were glad to be able to use it. Thank you!"

    "We have enjoyed so much life in Vancouver using this property. The accommodation facilities are almost good. But the several places of curtain was broken, so we hope checking the status of the room in adance."

    "Great location-can walk to many sites or take a train which was 2 blocks away. Grocery, liquor store and 7-11 across the street. The hosts were accommodating for early and later check out. Unit was very clean."
