"What's not to like about a view from a 30th floor penthouse in Yaletown?! Very contemporary and comfortable furnishings with all things in good working order and a comfy king bed. Our hosts were gracious and helpful and provided great recommendations. We would definitely return. Only reasons for not giving 5 stars was some frustration with the elevators and that the condo is not brand spanking new, i.e, a few things seemed a bit "tired." But all was functional..."

  • Great condo in the heart of Downtown Vancouver

"I spent a solid week trying to come up with how I would review this. I had this whole "pros and cons" thing planned, but the flaw in this plan became very apparent very quickly: I didn't actually have any cons. None. Not one. The building is lovely, well maintained, and very, very secure. The concierges were always friendly and very helpful and the neighbors were pleasant and polite, as well. The neighborhood is awesome with three grocery stores super close and countless restaurants. Also, the Pacific Center is right down the street with possibly the biggest, nicest Nordstrom I've ever had the pleasure of wandering into. If you're into that sort of thing. The condo is wonderful. It's bright and clean with the most beautiful view of the sky and harbor. Seriously, the pictures don't even don't even do it justice. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and that espresso machine has ruined me for all other coffee. Terry is great and easy to deal with, very welcoming and friendly and he made sure I knew how to reach him in case I needed anything. Honestly, it's perfect and the only thing not good about it was the fact that my vacation hand to end and I had to go back home. That was a bummer. It's okay, though, because I'm looking forward to coming back next year."

  • Jaw dropping views, smart and chic apartment.

"This was our first visit to Vancouver, and we were looking forward to this spectacular experience with eager anticipation. What a jaw dropping view! The furnishings are smart and chic, and the kitchen is fantastic. It has a K Cup coffee maker, so make sure to pick up K Cups (or grab Kcups downstairs at Starbucks). We grilled steaks on the patio one night and the fire pit was fun to have on whether we were watching it from inside or outside. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. This location was just perfect. Easy uber rides to anything we wanted to do. The gym on the second floor was small but was easy to use…not crowded. It has a set of dumbbells with two benches, treadmill, elliptical, and Lifecycle. Before you divide the bedrooms, check it out first. The Master Suite has the attached bathroom, but the simplest view. The other two bedrooms have insane floor to ceiling views. You literally wake up in the sky. Oliver was a huge asset. Just a great guy to talk to, and chat about what he loves about Vancouver living. We left my son’s tablet in the apartment, and he had it shipped back to us by the next day. So incredibly thoughtful. I told him I would make sure to post my review in return, but to be honest…I regret telling anyone!!!! LOL! I want the penthouse to be available when I want to visit! It was PERFECT! The first night we walked down to The Cactus Club which was fantastic for late night eats. Having Starbucks below was a huge asset, but the Twisted Fork is worth making time for at least one morning you are there…just a few blocks away. We also ate at The Coast and The Boathouse. Excellent service and food everywhere we went. WESTCOAST Sightseeing has a great city tour with stops in Granville Market and Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. (Both must sees). We walked around the corner and grabbed a car rental from Enterprise so we could head to Whistler for a day. A parking spot was included with the rental. Otherwise, we used Uber to get around and it worked perfectly. Thanks Oliver and Jennifer! We loved it!"
