  • Nice Chinatown high rise condo.

"We enjoyed our stay in this two bedroom 9th floor condo. The kitchen came with basics like salt and pepper, and olive oil. The condo was clean and modern. Access to the train station next door was very convenient though you could hear the train from inside the condo (not horribly loud though). One of the two bathrooms had a freestanding tub which made showering without getting water on the floor a bit of a challenge as the shower curtain did not fully surround the tub. The other bathroom had a conventional tub with shower. Overall I would recommend both the owner and the property."

  • Worth every penny

"Excellent kitchen with everything you need to make most meals and a large refrigerator. Very comfortable beds and bedding (high end hotel quality). Tech stuff is great, including 55+ inch flat screen in the living room, smaller flat screen in one bedroom. The listing when we rented says no Wi-Fi, but they do have very good high speed Wi-Fi. It's easy to plug in a Blu-Ray player or Roku to the big TV, but USA visitors should be aware that SlingTV, Hulu, etc. won't work in Canada. Netflix works. As everyone else has mentioned, the views are gorgeous from every room. There is a small outdoor balcony. Bring a standard tripod if you want to take pictures at night. If you're the kind of person who takes pictures at night, you will want to take pictures at night. The location is perfect. You are in short walking distance to things you need (grocery) and things you want to see. The living room and kitchen feel homey, not hotel-y. This is very subjective, YMMV, but we liked just hanging out. The staff are great. Max helped us get settled in and did a terrific job. Now the bad stuff (there really isn't any bad stuff, just some hints for other travelers): * The business office at 867 Richards Street looks like a residence. Poor Max had to run out and rescue us because we overlooked/disbelieved the address. * Parking and elevator access require a key fob to get in and out. To raise the gate to go in and out of parking, you must press the left button on the fob. For the elevator, hold the fob next to the plate beneath the list of floors and wait for a beep. Press 34 and you'll get another beep. We had some interesting elevator rides till we figured out waiting for the beeps. Of course, we are idiots. And may have been a little drunky. You can go down to the lobby without the fob. I wouldn't recommend that. Good luck getting back . . . If they'll have us, we'll stay here again."

  • Stunning Views

"My wife and I brought our teenagers on a vacation to Vancouver and we loved this Penthouse location. We were able to walk to multiple sights and the views from the balcony and living room were unbelievable. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs and the house was equipped very well. We would definitely be back in the winter to enjoy the walk across the street to the hockey stadium!"

  • Wonderful short stay

"We had a great short stay here. Branden was easy to get a hold of and very thorough with the walk through of the apartment. Great to have a private parking space to keep the car. Very convenient to the subway and walking distance to so many restaurants. View was absolutely incredible!"
