  • Great location, very clean.

    "We really enjoyed our Stay here. It was an easy walk to the main shopping district and bus line. We chose not to bring a car. There were thoughtful amenities in the apartment, like creamer, coffee, yogurts, snack bars, toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. The hostess left a bottle of wine and pumpkin tarts for us since we were celebrating my husband's birthday. Very thoughtful! Two things that you need to know, though: 1) bring earplugs. The apartment is on a city street and like most cities, people are up and about at all hours. 2) If you have to check out of the apartment before you are ready to go to the airport or train station, and you don't have a car, you can check your bags down the road at the Fairmont Hotel. The only thing is that they charge you and the price varies depending on which porter takes your bags. We got to town earlier than check-in at the apartment, and put our bags at the Fairmont. The first porter said it would be a $2 CAN charge per bag. When we asked him to clarify, he changed it to $3 per bag, but he would give us a "discount" as we had 2 small bags and two back packs, bringing it from $12 total to $9. When we were leaving Vancouver, there were several hours before we had to get to the train station, so we took our bags back to the Fairmont. We got a different porter who said, "You know, since you are not guests here, I have to charge you to hold the bags. It will be $5 CAN. Is that OK?" Same number of bags. Now I could kick myself for also tipping the first porter! So, if you can, negotiate this charge."

  • Comfy, clean, serene!

    "A wonderful place to stay. Quiet street in a nice neighborhood, yet 2 blocks away are loads of neat little restaurants of all ethnicities, shops, grocery stores. Stanley Park is right at the end of the street. Just a 15-minute walk to Robson Street/downtown, and only a bit further to the Granville Island ferry or the aquarium. Alberto (owner) and Jacob (his assistant) were very responsive and provided helpful info on activities, buses, dining, etc. The loft is up 2 flights of stairs, so may not appeal to anyone who can't manage that, but it suited us perfectly and we'd definitely stay there again!"

  • Awesome place to stay!

    "My friends and I loved our stay here! The apartment was centrally located. We were able to walk everywhere. The place was nice and neat. We also appreciated the owner filling the place with breakfast items, being friendly, and totally flexible when we need it. I would highly recommend this place!!"

  • Second visit. Excellent condo.

    "This was our second stay which should tell you how we feel about the condo and owners. Everything that one would need to have a great vacation was here. The apartment was spotless. It is well located, near transportation and many restaurants. A car is not needed although a space is available. The view from the 10th floor eating area was fantastic. You could not have asked for more if you love to see mountains, water, boats, seaplanes, etc. From the far corner you can even see the cruise ships coming and going. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed."
