  • Great Location and Super Clean Apartment!

"Quiet and roomy apartment with all amenities and very clean. Great location for public transit: Canada Line Skytrain system just round the corner and buses every few minutes in all directions. We were in Vancouver to visit our son and catch up with old friends from our B.C. years and the apartment fitted our needs perfectly."

  • Great location & well hosted!

"The apartment is clean & has all the essentials. I liked the convenience of many shops nearby, plus buses / Canada Line were all nearby too. Spent quite a bit of my evening watching TV (lots to choose from) since it gets dark by 5pm. It had certainly been a restful short break! Thank you Illana for dropping by everytime i mess up on the TV controls & helping me with my laundry!"

  • Coach house was really comfortable, convenient and close to everything!

"The Coach House was very comfortable. Wide variety of sleeping locations for our groups of 4 adults, 1 teen and 1 child. The 2 young ones liked the idea of sleeping in the cubby area of the master bedroom. Everything we needed was available, which is amazing for a smaller place. We loved it! We were welcomed with a tiny Christmas tree and cinnamon rolls from a local bakery. Both were very nice touches. The house is conviently located in a quiet neighborhood close to the train station, so we could go anywhere we wanted quite easily. I definitely would recommend this property!"

  • Excellent place, location and service for families

"This place was great for my family (including 3 children under the age of 8). We arrived during a rare snowfall, and our kids had the chance to build small snow forts in the front yard. After which, they spread out in the living room playing games with the fireplace going. Perfect set-up! The island in the kitchen was another great place for everybody to gather and eat/play games. Basement set-up was great if anybody needed a little quiet time. Just a really great set-up for families. Beds were comfortable, showers powerful, and everything was new. Having 2.5 baths was super helpful. Location was great. Walking around, there are a ton of good food, coffee and dessert options. Only negative was that many neighbors neglected to shovel their sidewalks, which, with additional rain and cold, turned many into ice paths. (Our path, including stairways, were always shoveled and clean, though). The #3 bus made it easy to get to downtown, Granville, Queen Elizabeth Park, Cambie, and even the airport (0 stars for Vancouver Taxi, but that's a different story), but if you're coming from the US, note that you can't pay for or refill your Compass Card online using a US Credit Card, so you have to physically go to a train stop. (Note: to get to the airport using public transit, just walk two blocks to catch the #3 bus going South at 18th/main. Go to the end and catch the Canada Line train to YVR. about 35-40 min) 5+ stars for the Management Company (Sonder). They instantly replied to all of my questions and helped with a ton: credit card payment issue (this was at 1 am!), wifi strength in the basement, extra shampoo and dryer sheets, etc. They even found me a local place to buy a sled for my kids (coming from the US, who knew that "Canadian Tire" is not a tire company)! From a service point of view, this was easily the best VRBO/Airbnb experience we've ever had. Seriously impressed."
