  • Excellent

"The condo is exactly as described. It is very well furnished, clean and comfortable. The Kitchen is well stocked. Location is within walking distance to most attractions. We arrived via airport and took the Skytrain, which was only a few minutes walk to the condo. Alicia was very helpful and responded to all our inquiries quickly. She met us at the condo and went over the details in the condo, recommended things to see and do while in Vancouver. She was very welcoming, thanks for the welcome basket of treats. Would recommend this condo for location, comfort and cleaniness and would definitely stay again when in Vancouver. Thanks Alicia"

  • This North Vancouver (Deep Cove) house worked great for our summer family vacation!

"We stayed here for a week in July 2016. The listing description accurately described the property, location, layout, and amenities. The house is not air-conditioned; we did use fans at night. There are many windows and skylights that open and allow pleasant cross breezes that kept the house cool and comfortable. The property was clean. Parking space was sufficient. House has a beautiful view out the rear to the Deep Cove harbor. Houses on both sides are very close to the property, but during our visit one was empty and the other seemed occupied only on the weekend. Hot tub is located in the yard down below the first floor rear deck. Small village of Deep Cove consists of two blocks of retail shops, casual eateries (including coffee shops and pizza), dock and kayak rentals, businesses, and one nicer restaurant. It’s a ten-minute stroll downhill from the property, with then a moderately strenuous uphill walk back up to the property. We met the owner, Paul, who happened to greet us upon arrival (he and his wife live in a separate “manager’s apartment” beneath the two-story rental property). He was gracious and friendly, giving us some instructions regarding usage and advice regarding available activities, local shopping and dining, etc. Although we did not need him, he was easily available to us onsite and provided his cell number as well. We would recommend this property subject to the following pros and cons: PROS: scenic location and views; nice house that worked well for our family of four adults, with three separate bedrooms, large TV, internet, ping pong table, laundry facilities, and outdoor deck with a gas grill. Deep Cove is a picturesque, small village in quick walking distance, with easy access to North Vancouver towns and activities. CONS: distance from downtown Vancouver (depending on location of your desired activities); upstairs en suite bathroom sink was very small, with minimal counter space; both showers are small stalls; the condition of kitchen cabinets, appliances, and bathrooms was average, but all worked well. If you are easy going and not expecting new or fancy accommodations, this place will work well for you, as it did for our family. Local activities we enjoyed: Deep Cove village (including Arm’s Reach restaurant and the locally famous Honey’s Doughnuts); Deep Cove Kayak Rentals; Quarry Rock trail and lookout; Mt. Seymour Park trails; and visits to other North Vancouver towns, seawalls, and parks."

  • Lovely, quiet home in convenient location

"This is a lovely holiday rental, more a home from home. It's furnished with warm, homely touches and big enough to sleep four people comfortably (five would be a squeeze). It's well run, very well cared for and the neighbours are all friendly and welcoming. It's convenient for Kits (if a little off-pitch for the beach), Granville Island and downtown and in a leafy, quiet road away from the main hustle and bustle. We had a great time and will rent it again when we return to Vancouver."

  • Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous !

"My wife and I just returned from spending 8 glorious nights at Kelly's Skybox Penthouse. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary in Vancouver, as we tied the knot there on a sailboat, under the annual celebration of lights fireworks, held out on the English Bay a decade ago. This year we were treated to the same spectacular three evenings of fireworks extravaganza from the jaw dropping Skybox rooftop deck ! Wow, what a fabulous luxury penthouse she has and as everyone else has previously exclaimed, the pictures just can’t capture the true awesome dwelling it is. Everything was perfect from our warm welcome from Angelica, that included fresh cut Lilies’s, to a bottle of excellent BC wine. We enjoyed incredible, comfortable weather with eight days of sunny skies and no precipitation.........a rarity in BC ! Our morning coffee with croissants savored on her outdoor patio decks and the every evening ending, lingering, magnificent sunsets from the private rooftop patio deck, while sipping a glass of wine, cannot be described adequately in words or pictures. What a mesmerizing experience it was to be a part of the vibrant city life below and watch the endless seagulls swirling beneath us and singing their sweet songs. Thank you Kelly and Angelica for treating us to "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" if even for only a week ! Can’t wait to return again! Vivian and Michael"
