  • Great Location, Beautiful Views of Vancouver Bay and Pleasant interaction with owner

    "We had a family reunion of sorts in Vancouver over the 2015 Christmas holiday with our family, both of our son’s families, one from California and one from Arizona, joining us to spend eight days with us and immediate family who reside in Vancouver. We investigated various properties for short term rental and eventually concluded that the Dion’s Bayridge property was the most central for the activities we had planned and that it could also accommodate our families comfortably (including grandchildren all under the age of 10). We had a terrific time at the Dion home. Joanne had the home beautifully decorated, inside and out, for Christmas which immediately put everyone in festive mood. Our grandkids were especially excited when we first arrived at the Bayridge property. The location was very central for us as it was close to our relatives in West and North Vancouver and all the activities (snow days at Cyprus, the Holiday of Lights train at Stanley Park, beachcombing, shopping, and a Canucks hockey game) we had planned. There is no question that staying at Bayridge contributed to our family having a great 2015 Christmas holiday. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Dion’s Bayridge home not only for the physical property but also the professional manner in which Joanne and her husband handled the rental process before, during, and after our stay."

  • Inviting apartment at a great location

    "The apartment is well equipped and welcoming. Fantastic coffee shops and restaurants are a few minutes of walking away. Grocery stores and wine shops are close by - if you want to cook in the well equipped kitchen and enjoy a meal on the patio (seats 2 comfortably). Communication was excellent and easy, as was finding the apartment and getting the instructions and key. You really do not need (or want) a car if you are spending time in Vancouver, or heading to Vancouver Island. If you happen to have a car, secure parking is available in the building (really nice). The building has a nice gym, a lap pool, a jacuzzi and two dry steam rooms available for your use. A great place, at a great location - I'll be back!"

  • Perfect for our needs

    "We stayed in the house comfortably with 11 people. The location was ideal for our needs with a short walk to all the shops, services and activities we were looking for. The property manager was extremely helpful and prompt with any requests we had and we had no issues with the property during our stay. I would happily recommend both the property and the managers and plan to stay in the property again in future years if I return to Whistler."

  • Perfect location for a stay in Vancouver.

    "The apartment was in excellent overall condition. The fixtures/fitting/decor were all of good quality. Fully equipped kitchen. The living area was also fully equipped with internet, two tv's, sound system, phone. Gym, pool, parking. Everything you need. The location is in the best part of Vancouver. Couldn't fault it."
