  • Great place!

"Five adults and two children stayed here for 4 days and we had plenty of space! The photos accurately depict the accommodations. The view of the mountains was also a great backdrop! It is a few minutes walk to a beautiful park where my nephews could go to kick a ball around and burn off some energy. Great amenities nearby...Starbucks, liquor store, Tim Hortons, grocery store and Rosie's a friendly nearby restaurant! If I was to give a small suggestion I would recommend not having air freshners plugged into the outlets. The place is very clean and they weren't necessary... we took them out and it was perfect! The owners are very nice and a pleasure to work with! My father forgot a few items of clothing and they texted me to make arrangements so we can get them back. Thanks for everything!!"

  • A wonderful & cozy Chalet

"We were a group of 8 skiers (plus one toddler) on our yearly ski trip and this Chalet more than met our expectations. It is a beautifully done chalet, with a well thought through layout (bedrooms on the lower floor, living area on the upper floor), spacious and clean. It is exactly as shown on the internet, with no unpleasant surprises. The Kitchen is very well equipped and the fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom (with floor heating) is the icing on the cake. Last but not least, we enjoyed the amazing views of the snow covered mountains from the big windows in the living area. And after a hard day skiing, we loved to wind down in the hot tub out in the back. The location of the house is great, as the village is close by and within easy reach by cab or bus, yet far enough away to enjoy the peaceful quietness from a local neighbourhood. The owner is a pleasure to deal with , very helpful, responsive and provides all the information needed, top! If we are ever going to Whistler again, there is no doubt that this will be our first choice of accommodation as it ticks all the boxes and it just feels warm and cozy. I would highly recommend this Chalet if you are planning a vacation in Whistler."

  • Want for nothing!

"We enjoyed 18 nights at Maria's wonderful apartment and didn't want for anything! Everything is just as the pictures portray, but what surprised us most was how we quickly came to call this our home away from home. We were lucky to have plenty of snow to ski in and ski out so the ski valet service was fantastic and after a hard day on the slopes it became a must to enjoy an after-dinner hot tub (best to wait for everyone else to have theirs earlier). The kitchen has everything you would want in your own and the bed is that good (and big) it almost nurses you to sleep. The apartment is a short (and romantic) walk into Whistler Village proper and, if you're lazy like us, an even shorter cab ride back after visiting a few apres waterholes... If you're looking for a fully self sufficient getaway at one of the world's premier alpine resorts then Aspens 440 is the place for you! Thanks Maria, we will be back"

  • Good location. Too much "stuff" cramped into what seems like a 1990's bachelor pad.

"We had a wonderful time in Vancouver and enjoyed being within walking distance of the ferry to Granville Island and Sunset Beach. Nice to have secure garage to park car. The three bedrooms slept 5 comfortably. Good for 3 couples or family of 6, except for only having 1.5 baths. The place seems to be a 1990's bachelor pad that has been neglected ... downstairs toilet constantly ran with each flush until you manually fixed the stopper; no A/C and no ventilation on the first floor; a lot of dated items need to be removed like the massage chair that didn't allow me to get into one side of the first floor bed, the cool looking stereo "egg" chair that didn't work, half the funky light fixtures that we couldn't get to work, the roof top furnitue that we didn't want to sit on, etc. Once we got past these little disappointments, we focused on enjoying our vaction and being centrally located. All in all, we had a grand time."
