  • Wonderful, cozy house close to Whistler Village

"My husband and I recently stayed here with a group of our friends and we had an amazing time. The house was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably and was perfect for cozy nights by the fire after hitting the slopes. The kitchen has everything you could want to prepare meals for a group and the open kitchen and living room layout was also good for socializing. And we were minutes from the mountain. Great experience overall."

  • Awesome Property and Location for a family stay

"This property is located very close to the Whistler Village. You can be in the Village or parked for a day of skiing with an east 10 minute drive. The house is great with sleeping rooms on the bottom and top floors and the common areas on the middle floor. The kitchen has everything you need to make every meal and keep everybody full! The dining room and living room are spacious and very nice for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The hot tub and steam room are quite nice too! We had 4 adults and 2 children during our week stay and we had plenty of room in the house. Very nice accommodations and the location is a plus. We would recommend and rent again. Thanks Peter and Shandro Family!"

  • Cozy, spacious, and close - a perfect family vacation!

"We loved our stay at the Classic Whistler House. Homey, old fashioned chalet-style, but very comfortable. The house caters perfectly to families - lots of privacy for sleeping, lots of cozy spots to pick up a book, and lots of rooms which are all large and very kid-friendly. We were a large family of adults (7) with three wee ones, and everyone had a great time. This is totally not a party-house; it's a make a leisurely afternoon round of tea, followed by a big fondue and a game of scrabble kind-of-house. We loved the well-appointed kitchen, which was (like the rest of the house) super neat and tidy, and only a 10-15 min walk to the Whistler Gondola. We loved coming home after a fun day out and being close enough to the Village to take in the sights, but far enough away to have a great night's sleep (undisturbed by revellers). It was great to pop the gear into the heated garage to dry out overnight... and this family of skiers was very happy to kick back in front of the fire, enjoy a glass of wine, and pop the kiddos in front of a DVD for a quiet night. It was exactly what we were looking for - thanks Sylvia!"

  • Great space. Responsive owner.

"Stayed in Jan for a family ski trip - our group had mixed ages, two kids. House was great for us - comfortable space, had all the amenities we needed and we enjoyed the extras (like hot tub, wii/games for the kids and use of baby gear). Walking distance to town was a plus, about 10-15 mins to lifts so we walked every day. Teresa was pleasant to work with and responsive. Would stay again!"
