  • Special home in spectacular place

"My family and friends had the best time at this vacation home. We loved the hot tub views over the valley, hiking from the house and the great home theater. We eat and drank which lead to fun storytelling. This home is special to us the 10 of us women as we had the space to be alone along with all amenities to cook, relax and play together. Can't wait to go back next summer."

  • Great Place

"Easy to find, easy parking and close to downtown creekside (10-15 min walk). The hot tub on the balcony was amazing-it is relatively quiet as it faces a hill, but the sound of a waterfall behind it was very relaxing after a long day of skiing. Its a 3 story townhouse so if you have limitations (ie. cane, walker etc) it probably wouldn't be for you. Outside storage of ski gear with a bench to put on boots etc. We were able to comfortably fit our party of 8 people in the evening-especially when half wanted to watch a movie and half wanted to play board games at the dining room table. Its a bit cozy for 8-which I personally like as far as the living room goes. Laura was exceptional at getting back to me as soon as possible (I never had to wait more than 24 hours-and most times it was less than a few hours). The ski out was easy to find, but the ski in is pretty hard to find. We also couldn't get to the ski in on one of days as there was a competition on the slope we needed to go on to get back so it is helpful to plan ahead if you can't find it/if it is blocked for any reason. Creekside is a bit quieter than the village which was really nice for our group of late 20's who really just like to relax at the end of the day. There aren't enough towels for a group of 8 to use for hot tub and then a separate towel for shower. I recommend bring a beach towel with, as well as shampoo/conditioner as there wasn't much in the containers in the bathroom especially if you shower daily.-though they do state that on the welcome info. Would stay again!"

  • Incredible vacation home (summer)

"The property was great. We visited in summer (6 of us) and had plenty of space - bedrooms and bathrooms were big and all very comfortable. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked vacation rental kitchens I've ever seen, and the whole place was just very comfortable. Excellent entertainment options with great audio, netflix capability, etc. Very close enough to Whistler village (~10 min). Debbie was very friendly with all the communications we had with her. My only suggestion for improvement would be around trash/recycling drop off. The owner mandates dropping it off to a nearby trash/recycling center, which is only 1 min away and actually on the way back to Vancouver if leaving that way. But the center is very specific about how it has to be done - trash must go in plastic bags, and recycling must be separated into each specific type (including between different types of plastic). I would either prefer to let the house owner take care of this, or just give the renter more specific instructions about what needs to be done because we wasted a lot of time by putting the trash in paper bags!"

  • Perfect home and location for hiking

"Beautiful, comfortable 4 bedroom home on a quiet little lake. Great clean hot tub on deck overlooking lake, nice little dock for hanging out in AM with coffee or evening with wine. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen-we cooked most of our meals at the house. Nice large table big enough for all 7 of us. Spent a week here with 6 other women on hiking adventure, we were able to find several awesome trails from Sqaumish to Pemberton, even one we accessed about 3 blocks from this house. Richard was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. My friends and I have been renting through VRBO for many years and we all rated this home as one of the best we have ever rented. Thanks, Richard."
