  • Great cabin for a family vacation!!!

"This cabin is adorable! I was constantly amazed by all the little details; from clothes pin towel name tags to the breakfast recipe written inside the cabinet door. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for our group of 7. We loved being able to cook our meals and have some quiet, family time outside of Whistler chaos. We were 15 min for Whistler and about 20 from Squamish. There was great communication prior and during stay. Highly recommend this home for those who like a bit more solitude than Whistler offers. The teens in our group loved the paddle boards and the lake."

  • Perfect Cabin in the Woods

"The cabin is beautifully situated on a quiet, small lake with gorgeous views of the mountains. The kitchen is very well equipped, the fireplace is amazing and we spent lovely evenings curled up in blankets on the dock sipping wine and enjoying our surroundings. We were only 15 minutes from Whistler Village which was perfect for enjoying the restaurants, shopping and mountains but escaping the crowds of tourists in the evenings. This was the last of three stops for us during our trip to BC, and it was definitely everyone's favorite. We cannot wait to return in the winter for skiing."

  • Wonderful

"Our family (we have two kids), plus two grandparents, spent some time in Steve's cabin this January (2015), and had a truly wonderful time during our stay. Our kids are very young, and they had so much fun exploring the cabin. We found the place easy (directions were clear), and it was well prepared for our visit: everything was very clean and tidy. The cabin is very inviting, cozy, and quite spacious - there was plenty of room for sleep (3 bedrooms) and hang out (downstairs and upstairs). The kitchen was very well stocked, we cooked most of our meals. Linen and towels were plentiful and clean. We were lucky to be there during a heavy snowfall, we all loved watching it, and going out with kids to play. The wood stove served us well to warm up after we came back inside. One thing we didn't have time to enjoy was the sauna. The cabin is a short drive to Whistler, we went there a couple of times during our stay, for lunch and to walk around. We didn't go skiing/snowboarding, but, the cabin is a good base for winter activities in Whistler. The cabin is located close to a railroad, but, the trains go by very infrequently (twice a day or so), and they were not annoying (on the contrary, kids liked watching them go by). Our correspondence with Steve was very clear and easy (e-mail, phone). Thanks Steve, we hope to come back and visit your cabin again! Davor and family"
