"We were a group of 8 skiers (plus one toddler) on our yearly ski trip and this Chalet more than met our expectations.
It is a beautifully done chalet, with a well thought through layout (bedrooms on the lower floor, living area on the upper floor), spacious and clean. It is exactly as shown on the internet, with no unpleasant surprises. The Kitchen is very well equipped and the fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom (with floor heating) is the icing on the cake. Last but not least, we enjoyed the amazing views of the snow covered mountains from the big windows in the living area. And after a hard day skiing, we loved to wind down in the hot tub out in the back.
The location of the house is great, as the village is close by and within easy reach by cab or bus, yet far enough away to enjoy the peaceful quietness from a local neighbourhood.
The owner is a pleasure to deal with , very helpful, responsive and provides all the information needed, top!
If we are ever going to Whistler again, there is no doubt that this will be our first choice of accommodation as it ticks all the boxes and it just feels warm and cozy. I would highly recommend this Chalet if you are planning a vacation in Whistler."

"The Royal Penthouse Suite was way more than we were banking for. We have a women's group that has come up to Whistler every year since 2002 and this place has been the best by far!
There were 10 in our party and easily room for two others. I loved the super friendly and attentive management from the initial contact to the condo tour to taking care of a little housekeeping hiccup. Clear communication and a little humor go a long way. And, we were allowed to check in early--bonus!
The kitchen was indeed, well stocked and roomy enough for all of us to maneuver around.
The location is perfect--walking distance from most shops/restaurants and the lift (even for the skiers).
The hot tub was easy to work, ready to go upon arrival and the views were amazing.
The sauna was quite nice too. You've got to look behind the main door to the steam room....and there it is!
Fyi; the room with the Queen bed doesn't have a window, but that wasn't an issue for us.
The sauna light was on the fritz, but again, the management had fast response time.
Also, the bedroom on the top floor got pretty hot, & we had a little trouble w/the thermostat, so we just opened the door. Didn't contact management on that one.
This place has held up well through it's years of wear/tear. No complaints about the bed quality, sofas, kitchen gadgets, etc. We didn't really use the tv, but there is a small speaker system that has a blue tooth and usb connection. It wasn't compatible with my older Ipod, but we had a backup travel speaker, so no worries.
Love the private elevator! Okay, we loved a lot about this place.
Thanks Whistler Wired Crew!!! We may just be back next year...."

"When we arrived we were instantly impressed with the clean well equipped and furnished condo. Then we looked out the balcony and took in the view of the mountains and valley. The location was perfect, away from the noisy village but only minutes to the gondolas and the village. There are many fantastic trails which we hiked daily (luckily we had hot sunny weather). After a long day hiking we would then soak in one of three hot tubs or swim in the pool, then return to the condo and enjoy a drink and BBQ on the balcony in the evening sun. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook our own meals. The booking process with Bob was easy and he did keep in touch via e-mail during our stay. We will definitely return to Bob & Katie's condo and recommend it to our friends."

"The property was great. We visited in summer (6 of us) and had plenty of space - bedrooms and bathrooms were big and all very comfortable. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked vacation rental kitchens I've ever seen, and the whole place was just very comfortable. Excellent entertainment options with great audio, netflix capability, etc. Very close enough to Whistler village (~10 min). Debbie was very friendly with all the communications we had with her.
My only suggestion for improvement would be around trash/recycling drop off. The owner mandates dropping it off to a nearby trash/recycling center, which is only 1 min away and actually on the way back to Vancouver if leaving that way. But the center is very specific about how it has to be done - trash must go in plastic bags, and recycling must be separated into each specific type (including between different types of plastic). I would either prefer to let the house owner take care of this, or just give the renter more specific instructions about what needs to be done because we wasted a lot of time by putting the trash in paper bags!"
