"Great property. Located only a few minutes from Whistler Village. Used it for a work team meeting. Owner was great with communication. Would of liked a TV on the main floor to use when our team met but the basement one worked fine."

  • Great home away from in a warm and inviting setting.

"Owner greeted us upon arrival and made us feel welcome and explained all the amenities and features of this beautiful condo. Convenient to the lifts and the village. Couldn't have had a more enjoyable stay and will definitely look for this location on a return visit."

  • Loved it!

"We are a family of 4 - kids aged 10 and 12. This was our first time visiting Whistler/Blackcomb. Leading up to the trip, Andreea was so helpful with all our questions about everything from shopping to what sort of boots to pack! Its location is great and we prefer the calmer aspect of the upper village compared to the bustle of Whistler - we loved walking down there for dinner, but were happy to leave it as well. We loved 7th Heaven and the less busy lifts on Blackcomb as well, and although we had the kids do ski/ snowboard school in Whistler, you can also sign them up in Blackcomb. Might even be good to do a day of each so kids can get to know all the good spots! The condo was clean, had more charm than any of the other places I viewed online in 6 months, and had everything we needed. Lots of pillows, comfy beds, plenty of towels for both bathroom and hot tub. Lots of hanging and drawer space. We were able to do laundry, hang out ski gear on the rack, and adored the boot and glove warmer - what a life saver - never seen one of those before and gave us dry boots and gloves in the morning, and also dried out our apres ski gear. It is a short walk down the slope to Blackcomb - just second condo up the mountain - and although it was a much tougher walk back up after dinner when you are exhausted from skiing all day, and the snow hardens, I would not change the convenience of the ski in ski out for anything. We did take a taxi home from Whistler village one night when it was raining and was only $10 CAN. There were toboggans to use for the kids to slide down the hill too after the lifts stopped - heaven. The hot tub was a life saver too - although it would get a little packed at times, never too full for us to fit, and was actually fun and social if you were in the mood. Kids played in the pool with other kids, and the scene was wonderful. Locker room with ski stuff so easy in the mornings and the condo is clearly the best located one in the whole of Woodrun with windows facing out away from the pool, with trees giving privacy and on first floor so right next to pool and lockers. If I were in a position to buy a condo, this would be it!! But next best option is being able to rent it for the week! Would definitely stay here again if we were coming back to Whistler. xxx"

  • Very nice apartment, close to everything!

"This is a true ski in/out location at the base of Blackcomb -- grab your skis from the free valet and glide 15 seconds down to the Wizard Express. After a great day of skiing, you can ski right into the property and jump into one of the 3 large hot tubs, or you can do après-ski at the Whistler village and take the Excalabur gondola (which runs until about 6:30pm) back to the mid-station lodge and ski back to the property. For dinner, it's a 10 minute walk to the Whistler village or a 3 minute walk to the restaurants at the base of Blackcomb. It's the perfect balance of being close to the action (Whistler village is fun, but noisy) when you want it, and having a quiet retreat when it's time for bed. The apartment itself is spacious and modern. The full kitchen makes doing dinner at home a breeze. The king bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the two pull-out couches make sure that no one is sleeping on the floor. The heated kitchen and bathroom floors are a nice touch. Overall, an excellent choice, and we'll be looking to see if this unit is available on our next trip to Whistler."
