  • Beautiful clean lake, well stocked and comfortable home.

"My husband and I loved our time at Ruby Lake. The water is perfect for swimming and paddling in. We paddle boarded, kayaked, and canoed around the shores. We found the rope swing on the far side of the lake, whoohoo! Your home was welcoming, comfortable, clean, well organized and well stocked. It is also HUGE! Next time we are bringing more friends and family to stay. The back porch is lovely for coffee in the morning to catch the first rays of the sun, and later in the day to get out of the heat. The sunny big deck is perfect for barbecues and dining. (I would love to see a lounger or two on the deck for those of us who want to read a book in the sunshine.) Would recommend going to Ruby Lake Resort to watch the beavers in the lagoon. We are so grateful that you allow pets. Our fur baby enjoyed her swim time too. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Hope to return soon."

  • Highly recommended

"It's a very cozy home with everything there to make one's stay very comfortable. The view from the deck is spectacular. The village which is a short walk away has quaint shops and restaurants. We enjoyed canoeing and kayaking. The 35 minute hike to the look out rock was hard but well worth the view to the cove below. The large open living area was able to comfortably accommodate our dinner party of 15. The large bq easily handled the cooking of our steaks. I would highly recommend this home away from home. Thank you Deanna and Paul for making our stay an enjoyable one. Doug"

  • Beautiful spot for any visit to Whistler

"My work colleagues and I stayed here for a few nights in late September and felt like royalty. The bright and quiet common area offered terrific views of the mountains in the fall sunshine, and was perfect for both our work sessions and relaxing. I can easily imagine this would be just as lovely in the winter and warmer months, as well. The access to the slopes and village couldn't be more convenient. Our hosts were perfect - accommodating and helpful without being the least bit hovering. Really hope to come back!"
