"We stayed in the apartment for a long weekend. We had difficulties paying and we didn't receive responses to our messages for a few days, but once that was resolved we made it work! We didn't meet with Alison but the apartment was ready for us upon arrival. It looks just like the photos and we were impressed with the large, fully stocked kitchen and the huge shower! The bed was also very comfortable! The apartment isn't located close to downtown but it fit our needs. A few things we noticed during our stay: It looks like the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, there is no air conditioning and few windows which let in a lot of bugs (mosquitoes, bees, and flies), the bathroom sink filled with water quickly, the TV only has a few channels. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay but would recommend some changes to improve the space."

  • Great location - everything provided (including a hot tub!)

"Property is well positioned just over the road from the main village area. Hot tub on the deck is a treat. Everything you need is provided in the property. Parking under the building is handy, too."

  • Nice property, really close to everything in the village.

"Nice place and really convenient to groceries, drug stores and all of the activities in the village. Everything, including ski lifts are in walking distance, so a car is not really needed. The beds are great and easily accommodated 3 adults and 2 teenagers. My grand daughter thought the little nook room was great. Nice screened in porch to grill and hot tube was great on the upper floor. Gary supplied movies to watch and apple TV with Netflix, plus an xBox with games in the little nook room. In my opinion 7 would be a tight squeeze in this place, because 2 would have to sleep on the sleeper sofas in the front room, next to kitchen. Just be aware, as it says, there are a lot of stairs. You have to walk up a short flight to get into the main room, kitchen and another longer flight to get to the upper bedroom and hot tube. So, if climbing stairs is an issue for you, this is not your place. Not an issue for us, but could be for others. Also, be aware there is no cable TV. I guess you should be outside anyway. All in all, nice place with a great location."

  • Convenient, clean, well cared for 1 bdrm right in main Whistler

"You want a place that has the personal touch, well cared for and very convenient on the main walking promenade through the village, it's here. The owner provides all the usual hotel amenities PLUS, free parking, coffee, milk, loads of movies and the personal touch, chocolate bunnies over easter! Barb and Mark will definitely look after you."
