  • Luxurious and Elegant

"This condo is exactly what we wanted for our trip. Fully –furnished, immaculate clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, directly across from the golf course. Edith, the lady who welcomed us was very pleasant and offered detailed information on Victoria’s main attractions and suggestions on nearby restaurants, hiking trails, grocers, and vendors. Frank, the owner was also very helpful and accommodating to all my requests. All the amenities like Internet, cable TV, washer/ dryer in unit, made for comfort and the feeling of a home away from home. We loved this place and will definitely comeback in the near future."

  • A wonderful experience - definitely romantic

"The little touches are what made this a great place to stay. Seeing things like sauces, condiments, scissors, notepads, laundry soap, etc. in the cupboards made us feel right at home. The location is central and it is a nice walk to everywhere in the downtown/inner harbour area. So many food places are close that we would have had to stay a month to try them all. We tend to eat breakfast in the room on holidays and the full kitchen made this easy. Secure underground parking, a very nice private rooftop patio, and good wireless internet rounded out the bonus features. If you are driving, it is easy to get anywhere as well. I also liked that the mattress was very comfortable and they had a selection of both fluffy and flat pillows to choose from. A selection of DVDs to watch for quiet or rainy evenings was welcome. The only (and I mean only) negative we found was the street noise some days. Even though it is on the top floor (5th), the sounds seemed to echo up the building so that things like late night bar patrons or early morning delivery/garbage trucks seemed louder than they should. The air-conditioning would drown it out but we preferred to sleep with the window open. It was not a huge problem for us but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs as a precaution. This was just about a perfect short holiday for us (6 days) and the condo was one of the biggest factors in making it so."

  • Fantastic!!

"The Royal Penthouse Suite was way more than we were banking for. We have a women's group that has come up to Whistler every year since 2002 and this place has been the best by far! There were 10 in our party and easily room for two others. I loved the super friendly and attentive management from the initial contact to the condo tour to taking care of a little housekeeping hiccup. Clear communication and a little humor go a long way. And, we were allowed to check in early--bonus! The kitchen was indeed, well stocked and roomy enough for all of us to maneuver around. The location is perfect--walking distance from most shops/restaurants and the lift (even for the skiers). The hot tub was easy to work, ready to go upon arrival and the views were amazing. The sauna was quite nice too. You've got to look behind the main door to the steam room....and there it is! Fyi; the room with the Queen bed doesn't have a window, but that wasn't an issue for us. The sauna light was on the fritz, but again, the management had fast response time. Also, the bedroom on the top floor got pretty hot, & we had a little trouble w/the thermostat, so we just opened the door. Didn't contact management on that one. This place has held up well through it's years of wear/tear. No complaints about the bed quality, sofas, kitchen gadgets, etc. We didn't really use the tv, but there is a small speaker system that has a blue tooth and usb connection. It wasn't compatible with my older Ipod, but we had a backup travel speaker, so no worries. Love the private elevator! Okay, we loved a lot about this place. Thanks Whistler Wired Crew!!! We may just be back next year...."

  • Great location and comfortable suite

"The suite was very comfortable. Had a real home away from home feel. The pool and hot tub were great. Close enough to the village but far enough that it was peaceful. Nice and close to shopping if you needed to pick anything up. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."
